I dunno. It happened with the census when a statistically significant number said their religion was Jedi.

Re that video on Restore - I saw (by dreadful chance) a video of Tiny Tom saying he needs to check in with Rupert what exactly is his standpoint on ‘black and Asian people’ as he won’t endorse the party unless Restore are ok with regularised ‘black and Asians’ - he grew up with them, and is friends with some. He just is focussing on Islam being not appropriate for ‘British culture’.

I thought he was going to be all for Restore but maybe he just actually likes being opposed to people whatever. Anyway, interesting as thought he and all his followers would be on Rupert’s repulsive bandwagon.

Please do note that I am paraphrasing Tiny Tom and the abhorrent views I’ve repeated on his behalf are solely his, not mine.

I wonder how that feeds into other trends in Europe generally ?

Britain has never marched to the European drum (something the Brexiteers studiously ignored when punting the subjugation narrative).

I missed Reeve's spring budget, anything new?

Excellent Spring statement from Reeves. We have enough to cover us from the illegal attacks from Israel and the US.

Mel strident was pathetic, no surprise. Farage didn't turn up, also no surprise. .

Isn’t Bob Jenrick the shadow chancellor - according to Farage?

At the risk of opening the can of worms again...

This IPSO adjudication against the Telegraph is quite something

Confirms their story titled: ‘We earn £345k, but soaring private school fees mean we can’t go on five holidays’ was completely fabricated, with the family involved non-existent and stock pictures used.

I have rarely been as proud to be British as when Trump insults the UK.

PandoraSocks · 03/03/2026 17:27

Spain is on he 🍊 💩 naughty list too.

¡No pasarán!

Trump will have forgotten about all this by the time his next diaper has been changed.

Trump is, as ever, unhinged.

Asked whether this is the end of the special relationship a US Brigadier General (didn't catch him name) basically said Trump and the US will get over it. He seemed pretty blasé.

Just a few weeks ago, Trump was singing Starmers praises, Chagos was a good deal, Macron was an idiot, Mertz was too reliant on Russian gas...

Now we have the reverse, the guy is not functioning correctly.

‘The US has no permanent friends or enemies, only interests.’

And Trump’s interests are extremely narrow (mid terms, Epstein, self aggrandisement).

The US deliberately has no plan beyond bombing and no interest in the inevitable consequences of sectarian violence and humanitarian crisis. It’s a deliberate choice not to have a plan because it’s not in their interest.
