Amusing that a number of you call the Green’s progressive, and Spencer ‘charismatic’ etc.

Yet you conveniently make no mention of her sectarian campaign video that includes visual tropes designed to target the prejudices of one specific community, for example Starmer shaking hands with Modi.

Also, much more needs to be written about how the Green's recent Islamic associations are the ideological opposite of the party's manifesto. This is no longer an environmental party, but a hard left Islamist party.

“We are working to line the pockets of billionaires, we are being bled dry,” says the 34-year-old plumber. Yet she has some how amassed a £1.3m property portfolio and has been caught giving advice on a property forum on how to squeeze first time buyers for more cash.

In your hatred for Reform, you have either become blind, or blinkered.

Crack on.

In time, I think G&D will prove to be a bad day for the Left. They just can't see it yet.

Alexandra2001 · 28/02/2026 07:19

Oh a terrible day, if only Labour or the Greens had got 706 votes, we'd all be dancing in the streets!

On Hannah Spencer, she co-owns 2 properties, with her former partner, a Doctor in Bio-Chemistry.

Hardly a Property Portfolio, a bit like 3 city breaks over 10 years, according to the 'Mail, makes her an International Jet setter.....

I do agree that its hardly a property portfolio! Still how lovely to own two properties.

The Green win has seriously triggered some people, particularly the Islamophobes. There is some real and quite worrying anger on MN.

"£1.3m property portfolio" 🤣 is overegging it. Perhaps pp doesn't realise how expensive houses are. As for "squeezing first time buyers" every vendor wants the best price for their property.

As smear campaigns go, it is a pathetic attempt. But the right wing press will now be digging into every aspect of Spencer's life. Repulsive.

BIossomtoes · 28/02/2026 08:33

Morning Pandora, what’s the weather like over there this morning? Another grey sky here.

PickAChew · 28/02/2026 08:41

My phone thinks it's going to snow, today.

If that's a smear most of the Tories and our Nige would be smothered.

It is beautiful here. Clear blue skies and sun. Going out for dinner this evening to our local Italian.

countrygirl99 · 28/02/2026 08:53

Absolutely pissing down here, got soaked walking across Sainsbury's car park. Was meant to be grey with intermittent showers.

If you have to change your username to post that right wing tripe, you are a coward

And it is all kicking off in the ME

‘Kicking off in the ME’

How insightful.

Notonthestairs · 28/02/2026 09:34

Desperate for attention.

A coward and rather stupid, for obvious reasons.

I expect we will be in for some Telegraph cut and paste soon.

Has anyone here watched Small Prophets? Absolutely loved it.

It's on my list, but I've got my foster son and fiance staying so not much TV watching going on. Oh so much baking though!

You're able to afford to go out to an expensive Italian restaurant? Hypocrite! (Sarcasm alert 😀)

Enjoy your meal and sunshine.

Champagne socialist, that's me!

I’ve seen the first two episodes. Loving it so far.

It's on the "to do" list.

Thrilled to read there will be "Ghosts" film. One of the rare gems of a perfect family watch without being twee or self consciously puerile.

BIossomtoes · 28/02/2026 10:03

It’s on my list too.

BestIsWest · 28/02/2026 10:07

I loved Ghosts too. I’ve never watched the US version though.

DuncinToffee · 28/02/2026 10:09

I am another Ghosts fan
