Just being nosey!
£152 weekly shop in Tesco
£129 DS’s main birthday present
£25 soft play
Was going to stock up on my skincare (been substituting with cheap stuff for a few months) this evening but feel like I might need to hold that off now.

ThatWasMyLastFatFreeFrush · 31/01/2026 13:49

Just under £40.

itsthetea · 31/01/2026 13:49

£0 and expect it to remain so

ACommonTreasuryForAll · 31/01/2026 13:49

Nothing. I'm saving every penny at the moment so will be trying to increase my 'spend nothing' days for the foreseeable.

TomatoSandwiches · 31/01/2026 13:50

Nothing, have made £127 on ebay though which is nice.

If I want to buy something nice skincare wise I try to use my boots points, is that an option?

CloakedInGucci · 31/01/2026 13:50

£72 weekly shop
£80 after school care for Feb

BePoisedPlumUser · 31/01/2026 13:51

£153 on my hair and I’m about to spend a grand on flights.

MirrorMirror1247 · 31/01/2026 13:51

About £34 at my slimming world group (six week countdown and two boxes of hifi bars)
Just under a tenner at Tesco afterwards
So £44, give or take some pence

BrickBiscuit · 31/01/2026 13:51

£13,450. Last-minute tax returns for me and two family members. That's the approx totals of my payments to HMRC Shipley. After 72 hours I can claim £1,750 be returned through DP's tax account.

Panicmode1 · 31/01/2026 13:53

Over £500!! I've bought medicine for my dog £220 and put my watch in to the jeweller for servicing (£320)...! Yesterday I bought a new bed and mattress for my daughter's room....is it payday yet 🤔🤣

2026willbebetter · 31/01/2026 13:55

But I’m currently filling my online basket at Next. I need new clothes for a up coming holiday.

justtheotheronemrswembley · 31/01/2026 13:57

About £15 which includes breakfast at Costa, deodorant, toothpaste and a couple of birthday cards.

Hopeyoudontspotme · 31/01/2026 14:00

Sent £5 to my son who’s gone out for the day .

I do need to do a food shop but it’s not desperate yet 🤣

RosesAndHellebores · 31/01/2026 14:00

So far zero but off to the drycleaners shortly and will hand over £24.50 but DH will repay.

plentyofsunshine · 31/01/2026 14:02

£110 waitrose
£160 highlights and cut
£700 flights

Iloveacurry · 31/01/2026 14:03

About £90. Snow-boots and some toiletries for my DDs school trip. Coffee and milkshake. A few bits in Tesco. Storage box from Dunelm.

ReignOfError · 31/01/2026 14:03

Nothing yet, but I might go to the pub for dinner later.

SoManyTshirts · 31/01/2026 14:04

£16, gig ticket. Might go to the cinema lately, around £9.

CantThinkOfAnotherUsernane · 31/01/2026 14:04

Nothing today as I’ve been at work. Will buy a bottle of wine later though

Wonderknicks · 31/01/2026 14:06

£6000 on a trip of a lifetime type holiday!

NorWouldTilly · 31/01/2026 14:07

£30 at about 3.am on conditioner. (Couldn’t sleep.)
£9 on crisps and Fever Tree tonic in the Co-op on the way back from the dentist. This always happens. I can resist those things when doing my Ocado order, but not if I pass an actual shop.
£250 on a dress in the sales. Saw it last year and thought it would really suit one of my family. Could be disastrous; they may hate it. But at least I’ll have satisfied my curiosity.

MylipstickiscalledHugMe · 31/01/2026 14:07

£4 coffee with friends, £6.50 plant for the fishtank.

Off to re-join the gym shortly so that'll be a fair chunk, but worth it I hope.

OneMoreAndNoMore · 31/01/2026 14:08

Just over £200 in Costco …. Friends coming over tonight so only popped in to get a platter of sandwiches! But the LPR was cheap so treated myself to 2 bottles. Lost my DH in October last year and he always bought me a bottle for Valentine’s Day so this year I’ve bought it for myself in his honour (other bottle is for DD to celebrate upcoming wedding). Another £30 something in Tesco on cat food, crisps and a few other bits
