Just being nosey!
£152 weekly shop in Tesco
£129 DS’s main birthday present
£25 soft play
Was going to stock up on my skincare (been substituting with cheap stuff for a few months) this evening but feel like I might need to hold that off now.

£78 filling my car with diesel for the month and £19 in asda for teabags, sugar and a couple of other bits we needed.

Echobelly · 31/01/2026 17:31

About £84 which is quite a lot for me, but £76 of that was buying son warm clothes for school residential in two weeks - walking boots, hat, gloves, fleece and a watch so he can keep track of time easily while on the trip.

Then popped into Home Sense to look at storage for my eldest's room, which I didn't find, but I did buy a scented candle and a notepad for working from home.

MayAwayDay · 31/01/2026 17:31

£0 today.

bobby81 · 31/01/2026 17:35

£106 Ocado delivery
Nothing else - we’re trying to be really good at the moment.

EnglishRain · 31/01/2026 17:35

£1.60. I needed some 20ps for DD’s school bag, so a pack of Thornton’s brownie bites from the corner shop it was.

indecisivewoman81 · 31/01/2026 17:37

£12 on Vinted

mindutopia · 31/01/2026 17:47

£30.91 on fuel for the car and £1.60 on a drink for ds at the park. Plus Dh bought us coffees and cakes at a cafe, about £13, but we haven’t gotten around to transferring money to our joint account yet, so technically that wasn’t my spend. 😂

Nomedshere · 31/01/2026 17:49

Ladybugsarentallladies · 31/01/2026 17:57

£0 😁

FolioQuarto · 31/01/2026 17:57

Nothing. I did a big shop on Wednesday, we won't need anything for a few days except I'll buy a pint of milk and a packet of biscuits tomorrow as we have tradesmen in on Monday.

I am slightly unwell so have had a sofa day, no energy for shopping or online browsing.

DH spent a couple of pounds at Screwfix earlier I think.

hattie43 · 31/01/2026 18:00

Nothing which is unusual but I had a prepaid for painting class .

Oneforallandallforone · 31/01/2026 18:01

1238 on music lessons for January to May (two kids).
30 ice skating today.

Almost all of the above went on my credit card so I'l be having a very quiet February.

Nodirectionhome · 31/01/2026 18:04

£148 on new curtains for my bedroom.

Littletreefrog · 31/01/2026 18:06

£12 as I went out for lunch with colleagues
£6.50 in B&M on tampons, bread and an ironing board cover that didn't fit.

DanaScullysLegoHair · 31/01/2026 18:12

£42 on Vinted - some Gymshark gear.

£120 to my son as he is going to London tomorrow and I want him to have a few ££ extra towards dinner and drinks.

changedusernameforthis1 · 31/01/2026 18:13

£68 on a deliveroo take out
Getting some of that back soon as they forgot everyone's drinks
£60 credit card
£30 DC's pocket money
£15 pet insurance

Not very interesting. I get paid on the 23rd which is much longer (and much more draining)

WhatATimeToBeAlive · 31/01/2026 18:14

£17 in Aldi.

CanadianJohn2 · 31/01/2026 18:15

zero in cash, but this house costs about $1000 a month in tax, insurance, utilities, etc, so I'm "spending" about $1.35 an hour just to sit here.

40andlovelife · 31/01/2026 18:15

£17 maccies breakfast
£128 weekly shop but still need more stuff
£28 Caribbean tea for me as husband is working away and son has gone out for a meal for his friends birthday.
