Just being nosey!

£129 DS’s main birthday present
£25 soft play
Was going to stock up on my skincare (been substituting with cheap stuff for a few months) this evening but feel like I might need to hold that off now.

£25 M & S gift voucher for a friend's birthday
£2 birthday card
£15 on Vinted for a pair of M & S brown pure silk drawstring trousers

I'm obsessed with silk trousers at the moment - getting ready for the summer. Took delivery of two pairs from Vinted today - one olive green and one tobacco brown and they're lovely. Note to self - stop browsing Vinted now, quit while you're ahead!!!!

Tonissister · 31/01/2026 15:33

None. Spent a fair amount last week. Today is a quiet at home day.

Bonkers1966 · 31/01/2026 15:33

Nothing but added almost one hundred pounds worth of stuff to my Amazon basket. I did not go to checkout. It's tough being good. It's tougher being an adult.

BlueWorkDay · 31/01/2026 15:34

£37 in a local garden centre/deli on some vegetables (new potatoes, sweet potatoes, yellow pepper, curly kale), feta, fancy crisps, a steak pie for tomorrow, some yogurt coated raisins and some kumquats.

DiscoDuck40 · 31/01/2026 15:34

£14 on eBay, but I rather impressed myself by using nectar points to buy a new saucepan in Argos.

GreenDogDot · 31/01/2026 15:35

£400 to nursery
£5 at the post office
£15 at the farm shop for breakfast stuff

Still need to get birthday cake ingredients so probably another £15 in Waitrose. I also have several tabs open with things in baskets and facing a long evening at home with poorly baby some of those might make it to check-out…

Kittkats · 31/01/2026 15:36
