How often do you clean your bathroom?

Exactly that really. Just finished cleaning the bathroom and got me wondering, how often does everyone else generally clean the bathroom?

My lovely cleaner does a thorough clean once a week, I keep on top of things in between times.

Once a week. Ish. No one’s died. Yet.

Thorough clean once a week. Scrape water off shower screen and spray after each use.

Would like to add that shower screen is also after each use for me. Don’t like those water drops and soap on it, especially because we live in a hard water area 😊

@SirChenjins are you being sarcastic? If not then how do you get anything else done and if it isn't rude to ask, why do you clean every time? Do you have ocd?

Proper clean twice a week. Once at the weekend and once on a Wednesday or Thursday. Never gets that bad so it doesn’t take too long

Toilet, sink and shower screen every day ….. saves ever having to do a deep clean

Cleaner does it once a fortnight – I squirt bleach down the loo in between if necessary. Really don't understand daily loo cleaning unless someone in the house isn't toilet trained.

Wipe toilet and around basin everyday plus mop floor . Shower dried out after every shower - glass blade thing etc & buffed off .

The cleaner cleans the bathrooms and ds cloakroom once a week. We clean the toilets most days (just a wipe round the seats and lids with a flash wipe), and bleach the main ones every night.

Toilet we clean as we go along, ie, you make a mess, you clean it! Same as sink so both are cleaned every day or so. Bath is rinsed out after every use, squeegee on tiles if have a shower to stop drip marks as live in a very hard water area. Floor, handles, deep clean once a week. Hate doing it but love how nice it looks after. I do change the towels every couple of days though, bath towels and hand towels.

Bits that are used every day as DS9 still needs supervising I do when he is in the bath, tiles and limescale treatment once a week. Sunday nights I spray the deep tub with cleaning foam and wipe down monday morning before I start my shower.

It leaves me wondering what these crazy cleaning people are so afraid of! We clean once a week with non bleach spray and a wipe. The loo is kept clean by those who use it, with loo brush, because we are civilised (and when the kids were younger we'd use the loo brush for them). What are people doing that they think their bathrooms are so dirt ridden?

Our cleaner comes twice a week and does them once or twice a week depending on what other things she is doing.

Weekly - approx- for the main bathroom but a bit more often for the ensuite.

Exactly! I have never bleached a loo in my life - it's just not necessary, and bleach is vile stuff.

Same. Once a week… ish. It might extend to 8 or 9 days.

Toilet bowl is kept clean with bleach after anyone’s been for a poo, but everything else is wiped down once a week or so, unless we have someone coming round then it gets an extra clean

I was about to comment the same! Not a chance is anyone doing this who's working full time outside the home
