Thank god Tess-Wooden-And-Dead-Behind-The-Eyes is going. She's always ruined it for me.

Never been sure what Claudia brings to the party tbh but at least I like her.

At this point the show should just be binned. It was great in the early years with actual celebrities learning to dance, but now it’s total z listers “famous for being famous”, who no one’s heard of and the off screen stuff is taking over.
I haven’t watched it for years

It’s a very tired old format now. Hopefully their departure will make the BBC realise that it’s time to call time on it

I vote for Alison Hammond and Gethin Jones. Both previous contestants and very popular. Alison would fill Claudia's shoes with ease and Gethin would be a massive improvement on Tess

I agree. The last time I watched it was when Bill Bailey won it.

I stopped watching Dancing On Ice too for the last couple of seasons. Things get boring after a while.

Not sure Alison would be a popular choice, as she's everywhere now, and some people are a bit tired of seeing her. I think she's fine, but she does seem to be everywhere.

I've never watched the programme but just how important are the presenters when it's not about them but rather the contestants?

I love Claudia, especially on Traitors but Tess isn’t great. I can’t see Tess working much again.

The presenters are important! How could they not be?

It’s the first year I’ve not watched it and have zero interest. The dancers are more famous than 80% of the celebs now. It’s completely overdone to how it used to be with props and skits and CGI.

It's very strange though, totally out of the blue! And four weeks in, the timing is odd.

I agree..its odd timing. But i do enjoy it..knowing who the celeb is or not doesn't really bother me.

I think the whole show needs to take a break. Too many controversies, rubbish celebrities and a lot of the popular professional dancers have left.

Tess will retire I think; Claudia has bigger and better things.
Not sure the BBC will axe it just yet, but it’s days must be numbered.
Absolutely not Jeanette or Fleur; both awful and surely don’t have the experience to pull it off.
I can see Rylan filling Claudia’s shoes but no clue about Tess. Maybe Vernon?!
