What age did you all get engaged, married, have kids and buy your first house etc?!

Just wondering really, what age you did all these things?

Also is there expectations in life to do these things?

Met now husband at 26. Bought a house together at 32. Married at 33. Not having children.

(DH was 30, 36, 37 for those things respectively - first time for both of us doing any of it.)

Late 60s here so different expectations.

Married 21
Divorced 23 (I know, I know, clearly did NOT think that through at all)
Bought first house 23
Traded up twice on my own
Married 30
Only child 33
Retired 55

Engaged at 24

Engaged at 24, married the same year. Bought a house at 28. Baby at 33.

Engaged 17 married 1 month later first child 18 own house from age 20 and several kids on and 3 house moves still happily married and am now 40

In fact I bought my first house at 19 when I was at university, but that was my first house with my husband.

Engaged at 25, married at 27. Brought a house first at 24. First baby at 30 a few months ago.

Engaged and bought first house at 24, split up at 31. Bought house on my own at 33, engaged (to someone different) at 34 married while still 34 and had child at 35 (it was a busy 18 months).

Engaged at 19, married at 19, baby at 22. No idea if/when we'll even be able to buy a house. I'm still 22 and it's very difficult to get onto the property ladder these days.

Never been engaged or married. Won’t get on the property ladder unless a miracle happens. Had kids when I was 38. So, one out of four ain’t bad?

Engaged 36, Married and house 38, First child 43 IVF due to missing tubes.

Not engaged or married. Bought my own house at 29 and had my first baby at 34 now having second at 37. Never been worried about getting married but id be happy being a wife now.

We didn't exactly get engaged, we just decided during the course of a conversation to get married, then we did -

We rent the house we live in now though - children are grown up and teenagers but we sold the first house and moved abroad, and have ironically lived in the rented house four times as long as the one we owned (should have bought in retrospect but couldn't afford to initially due to totally different housing market here, and we weren't planning to stay...)
