A bit bored today.
So my user name says it all.
What dose your partner or husband do that you find really sexy but its just normal.
But they dont know its a turn on.

Mine is when he dose his belt up or un-dose it or just leaves it undone while he gets ready for the day i dont know why but yeah its a thing.

1- when he spends hours engaging with elderly relatives and friends and makes them feel absolutely special and seen

2- silent stealth mode of bringing me cups of tea whilst on work calls. There's something in the way he replaces the cup in stealth mode that always makes me wish I could announce he's mine and log off and ravish him 😂

When he uses his drill. I haven't told him or he'd constantly be drilling things.

Perhaps drilling "things" would be a desirable outcome. 😉

Davi8 · 08/03/2025 23:52

When he notices my shower gel (or something he doesn’t even use) is running low and replaces it without telling me.

A well-fitting suit on a man is the equivalent of lingerie on a woman - allegedly

I went with my husband to get his wedding suit measured/fitted. It was a very sexy experience.

PubicZirconia · 08/03/2025 23:59

Being faultlessly polite to serving staff. Lovely manners in general are a huge turn on for me. Aware this should just be standard and not noteworthy...

WearyAuldWumman · 09/03/2025 00:01

Anything that showed off my late husband's chest. He had a great chest - he was a woodcutter early on in his working life and very strong.

greengrapesofwrath · 09/03/2025 00:06

Listening to him on work calls explaining complex things patiently, swoon. Adjusts glasses, swoon. Takes his tie or belt off, swoon. Seeing him cuddle or play with DDog, swoon. We do similar jobs in a niche field and if I ask him to explain something or ask his opinion, swoon, but equally if he asks my opinion, showing he knows his own weaknesses, swoooon. Plays a video game well, swoon. Leans over me to show me something on the computer or fix something on the computer; if he has his sleeves rolled up and forearms out while doing this, Jesus, I need smelling salts. Physical strength/buffness etc doesn’t do it for me, but he is the most patient, intelligent, nerdiest guy I know and I love him to bits for it.

I don't know why this happens, but after eating dinner together, if my hand touches him at the table or his hand touches me, I get a force through me & trust me, it reaches some interesting places. I have to remember not to touch him if we're eating at a restaurant. And thankfully, it's a long time since we've been to anybody's dinner party.

My only theory is that it's his chi. He's done years of tai chi (his hand movements for that are also sexy as anything), so maybe he's developed some kind of energy that gets transferred to me. If only he could bottle it, he'd make a fortune.

Don't know why it only happens after dinner, though.

Wow, that is very interesting!

When he parallel parks into the tiniest space. I go all funny watching him 😂

Aw God yeah. My OH had to reverse down a very long wiggly Welsh steep single track hill after meeting a motorhome at the top, I think it took a minute or so to wind our way back down to the pull in at the bottom. He did it so quickly, easily and calmly. The motorhome people gave him a little clap as they went past 😁I was so proud - and relieved it wasn't me having to do it! I'd have been bright red and sweating, whilst making an absolute pigs ear of it.

Ontherightsideofnutty · 09/03/2025 00:25

When he takes his sunglasses off and sits them round his neck when he's driving, as he doesn't need them on at that moment. I have no idea why, but he just looks effortlessly handsome doing this.
The way he's so supportive to his team at work as a manager.
The curve of his lower back just above his amazing bum.

cafenoirbiscuit · 09/03/2025 00:33

When DH is getting ready to go cycling in the winter and puts his thermal leg warmers on before his cycling suit ……
just yeah

DislocatedHoohaa · 09/03/2025 00:40

Driving his hgv in a short sleeve shirt… So confident, so capable, all the muscles in his arms flexing… ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Cleaning up bodily fluids, talking to elderly relatives for hours, giving sound advice to the kids, replacing shower gel…these things are sexy? As in, you actually get turned on by them?

StScholastica · 09/03/2025 00:47

When he gets more questions right on University Challenge, (by himself) than the whole of the winning team.

When he makes me go outside to look at some constellation in the night sky with him.

When he goes fishing and brings back supper.

I cleaned up the female cats vomit , washed the car ( handled that high pressure hose ) made a batch of cakes and bought toothpaste for my DS .

Am I "Sex On A Stick" ?

mondaytosunday · 09/03/2025 01:13

Oh that's my superpower @toobusytothink! Unfortunately my DH was terrible at it and one year I had to go to the garage three times to get the wing mirror fixed!
He was (he's passed away) a brilliant cook. And a tidy one. Our second date he cooked me dinner (and I brought him flowers). Unfortunately this also led to me gaining about two stone in the couple years we were together...

Yep those trousers are the best😍 the more pockets the hotter they are 😂

I do like men in those chunky work boots (similar to hiking boots). No idea why.

RitaAndFrank · 08/03/2025 22:23

Dh is a builder; a tall, incredibly handsome, sought after and actually very well-educated builder, with an easy charm, polite manner and natural way with people. He’s got an amazing sense of humour and is kind and considerate in all areas including in bed. When I hear him managing his projects over the phone and see him in his cargo trousers, steel toe capped boots and hi viz I do think to myself… yeah…. I won the lottery there.

I had an affair with one of those when he was working at my house, happy days! 🤣

Davi8 · 09/03/2025 07:15

My husband is the shower gel (among many things) replacer. I wouldn’t say it’s as simple as that (replaces my nice shower gel when he notices I don’t have much left = “Let’s have sex”) but little things like this after a shit day, alongside the big, important things like being a wonderful husband and father, do sometimes remind me how lucky I am to have an attentive and thoughtful husband which in turns probably helps us have a good sex life, yes. Before we had DC who doesn’t sleep there were far more obviously sexy things he would do but I’m too sleep deprived atm to appreciate his sexy hands or lovely beard, for instance.

ShiftySquirrel · 09/03/2025 07:53

I think it's capability that's sexy.
DH's can-do attitude very attractive. He's incredibly practical, and a perfectionist, so when he does a job, he does it very well whether that's hedge cutting, car maintenance, decorating, gardening.

He also brings me tea in the morning which is a relatively recent thing and I love it. He's out for a bike ride this morning though so I need to make my own.

vitahelp · 09/03/2025 08:53

Ilikeadrink14 · 08/03/2025 22:41

Is this only a man thing? I never put my arm around the back of the passenger seat when reversing, and I don’t know any woman who does. Why would you?

@Ilikeadrink14 Yes it does seem to be just men. I’ve never done it in my life, nor seen a woman do it. The funny part is now we have DD she kicks his arm when he’s doing it yet he still has to do it as though it is an involuntary thing!

juststrutting · 09/03/2025 09:16

my one has a very primitive growl when he is working manually. It really fires me up.

Vincenoirsrootboost · 09/03/2025 09:21

So many things.
His hands and wrists (first thing I noticed about him when I was 16 😂)
He’s just shaved off a beard that he’d grown for a few weeks and looks so hot again.
How much he loves our son.
His kindness to our poorly cat.
His gentleness and empathy (often despite himself because he was raised with horrid toxic masculinity so he feels he ‘shouldn’t be soft’ 😔)
He’s a gardener so he usually wears work clothes but he’s going to a funeral tomorrow and I’m very much looking forward to the suit, then the shirt sleeves rolled up the forearms 🔥

That turns you on?

TravellingJack · 09/03/2025 10:57

The 'replacing the shower gel' thing is like one of a thousand micro-affections if you will - instead of death by 1000 cuts, it's sex by 1000 little gestures of showing they really do care about you. DP does a lot of these. I always used to say that foreplay started two weeks ago - you can't just jump on me when you're in the mood, having been a selfish dick day-to-day (ExH). DP never even needed that explained to him.

Specific to this thread - anything involving being capable and competent with his hands (built DD a Wendy house mainly from leftover wood, just made it up) especially if he's being strong and has his gorgeous forearms out. Love it when he's dressed up or wearing certain things, and love it when he dances with me - he's a big, muscly, tattooed bloke, so he doesn't look like a dancer, but he's brilliant and it's lovely. He's very courteous to everyone too, and that's lovely to see and be part of.
