Yes at least 4! One my uncle, one my old next door neighbour both in their 60s and then two my age - late 30s. They are all officially David but go by Dave. I also know a baby David (named after my uncle)!

Thinking about it, I’m in Scotland and here, at least in my area, men called David tend to go by their full name or use Davey. I don’t think that I’ve ever encountered a Dave.
