We had vegetarian burgers, chips and Caesar salad. What about you?

Mince with pesto,tin tomato, onion and mushroom chucked in with a couple slices of toast.

M&S Cod in Breadcrumbs, homemade chips, peas, tartare sauce and glass of rose.

Beefburgers with salt and vinegar seasoned fried potatoes. Onion, ketchup and mayo.

Curry

We have stunt apples here too! If I do not turn them into crumble, I freeze stewed apple in wee tubs until I have enough pastry ends and make apple turnovers.

We had cod with 'nduja, capers, parsley, lemon and spinach. It was a traybake with sliced potatoes and jarred roast peppers in it too and it was dead easy to make and delish. We had peas on the side.

Chicken jalfrezi, I made it myself and it was delicious.

Waitrose veggie lasagna from the freezer section. I have a stinking cold so I wanted something easy. It was nice.

Medley of mostly cruciferous vegetables with a few ounces of ground beef tossed in a vaguely Asian sauce.

We had roasted herby, garlicky veg with a puffed feta topping. Sounds fancy. Involved bunging some bits in the air fryer bucket for 20 mins!

Steamed rice with crispy 5 spice belly pork, pak choi and onions, I then had an orange.

Mince with loads of veg and black dal.

Tonight we are having roasted chicken thighs with peri peri sauce, mashed potato, honey carrots and green beans. Easy but the Dcs always think I'm amazing when I make it.

Slow cooked belly pork with kale and roasted sweet potato.

Corn fed roast chicken, sage & onion stuffing, bread sauce, mashed swede, kale, sprouts, roast potatoes & roast parsnips. Followed by gooseberry crumble & clotted cream.

Kedgeree, just me and DH this evening.
