I was thinking that the US public wouldn’t vote for Trump now that it is so apparent he is such a fascist. It’s terrifying to realise that they already know that and that is why they are going to vote for him.
I’m scared for the world.

@Oodiks America under Biden is a laughing stock. It was clear for a long time he had no idea where he was or who he was addressing, very painful to watch.

I think a lot of the worry is he won't be President for very long and someone more capable, and more aligned with Project 2025 will step up. There's been a lot of fear about Project 2025 but I don't know how likely Trump is to enact it, if only because he's too arrogant to adopt something he'll see as 'someone else's idea'.

I have resisted the 'oh he's going senile' line for a long time, but he really does seem to be losing it, he's increasingly incoherent, he uses swearwords at rallies like he's losing inhibition and note that since the debate with Harris his handlers are keeping him only in front of MAGA crowds or media who would laud him if he farted into a microphone for 60 minutes, and away from mainstream audiences.

If someone competent who is supportive or Project 2025 gets in, they will be lining up a deeply repressive state that will actively work to roll back the rights of anyone who is a woman, a person of colour, disabled, LGBTQ+, Muslim, Jewish, Latinex, immigrant etc.

Saw an interview where some Puerto Rican people unhappy because they voted for trump already by mail oops. However they say this could cost him Pennsylvania because lots of puerto riccan people there plus j lo who is and a few other Latina celebs have come out supporting Harris.
