We watched Nightsleeper last night.
Was really looking forward to it.
It was so unbelievably bad but we loved it... DH said it was like a 6th form production😆

The first things that spring to mind:
Emily in Paris
Angel delight

Jewelanemone · 16/09/2024 10:09

Richmond sausages.

Lurleene · 16/09/2024 10:09

Ha ha I saw your title and came on here to say Nightsleeper.

StudioCreate · 16/09/2024 10:10

911 just waiting for Bee-Nado now 🐝🤣

Peony15 · 16/09/2024 10:22

Emily in Paris.
Only starting watching it as I love France. It's literally the last thing I'd normally watch, prefer more informative, educational programs.
It's brilliant, the settings, location, interiors and outfits, the sheer attention to detail.
Saw one cast member , Antoine /William Abadie at work recently, he was so lovely and charming to my colleagues. And of course devastatingly good looking.

Strobbery · 16/09/2024 10:25

We started Nightsleeper too last night! It’s a bit pants, isn’t it?
However, we’ll be watching more again tonight!

Strobbery · 16/09/2024 10:28

What’s Bee-Nado? Sounds right up my street!

I’m hoping it’s as high quality as Sharknado!

I love 911 for the absolute nonsense factor 🤣 did you see the cruise ship one?

confusedabouthormones · 16/09/2024 10:42

Ha ha ha we started night sleeper ast night and husband went to sleep declaring it was crap. I was hooked. So shit it was good.

CornedBeef451 · 16/09/2024 10:56

Red, White and Royal Blue film on Prime. The son of the American President falls in love with a closeted Prince of England, what's not to love/hate?

It's extremely cheesy, like a Hallmark Christmas movie on crack but with better production standards and hotter cast.

It's terrible but I love it and have now watched it a few times as I find it oddly soothing and the lead actors are very pretty.

AnyFucker · 16/09/2024 10:59

Tiger bread 😘

susiedaisy1912 · 16/09/2024 11:05

Tv show The Rig. It was awful.

Eastenders. Can’t get enough of it

HowardTJMoon · 16/09/2024 11:14

Pacific Rim. It's cheesy, a lot of the dialogue is ridiculous, and it's got enormous plot holes. But it's just so much fun. It's one of those movies that hits the mark perfectly.

Oh, and Pot Noodles. I know they're awful and despite the fact I can do a pretty good stir fry from scratch, every couple of months I give in and have a chicken and mushroom Pot Noodle.

Aroastdinnerisnotahumanright · 16/09/2024 11:14

Bit niche but the film Red Sparrow, I love to hate it. The Windsors too but it's actually meant to be a joke. Diet coke.

Haha we said the same! We started watching it and DP kept saying "this is dreadful" so about halfway through I said let's turn it off and go to bed and he goes "no I love it!" 😂

Jewelanemone · 16/09/2024 10:09

Richmond sausages.

YES!!!

Dennisisamennis · 16/09/2024 11:16

There was a spike lee film on last night on bbc2. The acting production was like a GCSE drama exam. At one point you could physically see the actors waiting for action or their lines, it was painful!

Starlight1979 · 16/09/2024 11:17

Jewelanemone · 16/09/2024 10:09

Richmond sausages.

Every time I buy them and see that the pork content is 42% I die a little bit inside 😂Especially as we buy most other meat from a local farm shop butchers counter!

SusieMyersonsAssociate · 16/09/2024 11:19

Pork scratchings

Oh my god we haven't watched it in years and it came on the other night whilst we were making tea and DP kept shouting "look it's Alfie Moon!" "look it's Phil Mitchell!" "look it's Cathy and Sharon!" 😂

We were both just stood watching it in awe - I think we might get back into it 😃
