DH disappeared from campsite

My DH went to the shop to get some bits for tea (shop 10 minute drive away) about an hour and a half ago. He isn’t answering his phone. We are on a camp site in the middle of nowhere. How long do I give it before I start stressing? And what do I do? Something about being so far from home is making me panic more than I normally would.

Yes it is surprising how many times we find we have to resort to the tatty road atlas that lives in the car permanently.

As this is Mumsnet, he will either be meeting up with a mistress, gone to the pub, fallen asleep in the car or trying to make a roast chicken go further
