"Go to your room" as dramatically as possible, leaping over the guard rail on your loft bed and flopping emphatically onto the mattress because life is SO UNFAIR!

Jump into a pool with your mates and do some fancy fish like movements with your arms and legs which end in you holding your nose while you sink in to the bottom without splashing and all set to occur systematically in time with your mates.

Go for a bicycle ride through a busy city whilst being followed closely by two blokes on a motorbike and bystanders throw bottles of water at you.

Do the above while attached to a parachute.
