All joking aside it was pretty damn impressive, a lot of skill.

Did you see the ones who had got something really sticky on their hands and were finding it really hard to get off the horse thing, they kept going round in circles, but as fast as they lifted one hand up the other one got stuck! Hilarious. In the end they had to do a massive jump to get away.

We've boycotted the boxing and the beach volleyball, but have been watching a number of the other women's sports.

Push a kind of sledge down a tunnel made of ice with your mates. Jump in one by one until only one is left, running as fast as he can to catch up with the rest of you. Once he is in, all bend your heads so you can’t see where you’re going and just hope the sledge stays upright.

Strap sharp blades to your feet and your partner’s feet, step on to a very hard, very slippery surface and let him grasp you by your ankles and swing you upside down and round and round so your hair sweeps the ground in a move known as the headbanger.
Then hook your feet with the sharp blades strapped to them around your partner’s neck while he swings you round upside down and lets go of your hands so you are holding on only with your bladey feet. Bonus marks if you manage not to take his eye out while doing this.
Bring your bladey foot up to the back of your head in a move which I think is called the scorpion. Try not to actually kick yourself in the back of the head as this could lead to a trip to A&E.
(disclaimer - cheating slightly here as while this is a sport, these particular moves may not actually feature in the olympics but were performed on a popular tv show and these were both real injuries - ouch).

Spin around swinging a cat toy ball on a string then let it go to fly through the air. Ball on a string is chased by a little zoomy car in a game of fetch, then zoomy car brings ball on a string back to you again. The furthest the ball on a string in thrown wins !!
