If there was shots fired and they missed trump, how have they not hit the people behind him. Wouldn't surprise me if Trump set this up, to drum up his supporters.

Fist pumping after being shot in the head isn’t a normal first reaction to have…the cynic in me says maybe this was orchestrated. Something low powered, cause a bit of blood but no actual threat.
