No child benefit payment

My last payment was 24th may 2024, I have received no payment from CB today anyone in the same boat

It's usually paid every 4 weeks, maybe with the switch to UC for everyone left of tax credits they may also be changing the CB payments which are still weekly?

Isn’t child benefit paid every 4 weeks? So you wouldn’t get another until end of June?

This has nothing to do with UC/TC or weekly payments.

There's another thread in money matters, looks like there's been an issue at HMRC's end on the payments (rather than the bank being the problem).

Mine hasn’t gone in either. mine usually goes in on a Saturday but not paid since 24th may. I get mine weekly.

Basically lots of people haven't received their payment due today, seems to vary across banks so looks like it's an HMRC problem not a bank specific problem (eg I got mine, someone who banks with the same bank didn't get theirs).

my last payment was also 24th may due to the bank holiday Monday and iv woken up to no payment this morning as I’m paid weekly and paid on Mondays! HMRC seem to have not sent payments :/

My hmrc app says it’s paid but mines not in my bank either x

I am having the same problem, I usually get it every Monday, but didn’t receive it this morning. Is there a number we can call and find out?

Mine to, nothing in bank, I get paid weekly as I’m a single parent. Never known it before not to go in.

I am due my payment today and nothing showing in my bank. I haven't changed my address and I thought it may have been that.

Same last payment 24th may, nothing in my account

Mine is in as usual. I'm sure they will be inundated with calls as soon as they open if they are not already aware - many HMRC staff will be affected too which will probably help bump this up the to do list. Sit tight.
