No child benefit payment

My last payment was 24th may 2024, I have received no payment from CB today anyone in the same boat

Mine hasn’t went in too and it’s always on Monday last was 24th of may

Mine hasn’t been paid either x

I tried to ring hmrc but it kept cutting off and saying they where having technical difficulties

It's states 8am on their website

It opens at 8 I have tried to call but it’s always busy and the phone just gets locked off. I normally get mine every Monday as well. I just hope it gets sorted asap

They're upgrading the system they said payments will be either Monday or tomorrow.

I’ve been trying since they opened at 8am and been cut off any time I’ve rang because they’re experiencing high volume of calls x

It opens at 8am, I tried ringing alot of getting cut off. The one time I got through it said they are having technical difficulties with their phones and then cut off again.

Is it just the weekly payments they're having issues with?

I usually get mine weekly says on HMRC that I should been getting a payment today 3rd June and nothing gone in

I'm on Monthly payment and mine hasn't gone in, it was due this morning(Last paid 3rd May),Therefore don't think it is just weekly payments that are affected.

I have tried ringing can't get through. I get mine every Monday but can get it Friday with my bank. It's not even registered on my bank as it's due in but HMRC app states it's been paid

I have not received my child benefit payment today either. Mine gets paid weekly every Monday. I’m already on Uc so it’s nothing to do with the switch over or anything. Every time I call it says user busy!

I'm in the same boat, my last payment was 24th May because of the bank holiday. I usually get it every Monday. Today no payment, I've tried ringing, the first call said they were experiencing high calls due to a technical fault then it hung up since then it doesn't even go through. Just does the user busy dial tone. Hopefully it will go in later today or tomorrow. 🤞

No child benefit or me to was starting to panic last payment was the 24th may .

i haven’t had mine either called but just kept getting line busy and hung up.

I’ve been trying and getting nowhere either phone doesn’t go through or it goes through the jargon then says “we can’t deal with your call right now good bye” and the phone cuts. I hope it’s sorted soon that’s what get relied on every week.

I haven’t received my child benefit payment, due today.
Additionally, my UC payment is incorrect this month as they have made an error and not accounted for my husbands income, meaning they are due to pay way more than I am entitled to. I’ve popped a note on my account to rectify this.
so it would appear something is going very wrong with the systems despite reassurances this is not the case.

How strange then it's some and not others!

you can’t get in contact with them because they know loads haven’t had it so they cut the phone lines off I bet you. My shopping was due today and it’s been cancelled because no money in my account.

Yep. That normally covers gas and electric for me so that ain’t happening today. So after 10am will be in the dark.
