My last payment was 24th may 2024, I have received no payment from CB today anyone in the same boat

Mines the same. There wasn’t even anything on the bank to say it was due in.

I get my cb weekly and also not received it

I haven't received mine which is weekly. Hmrc sayint payments could be today or tomorrow. Now i normally get my shopping on monday night delivered.. If you call the bank and explain Only if you need access to funds They will temp credit the account matching the amount But listen they will then recall payment back in 30days.. But mean time could CB could be paid later today or tomorrow

yep i have just contacted my bank and apparently it’s because their system is down so not processing any payments but i’m otp to HMRC right now so will let you know

My one as well which usually comes on Saturday because Barclays process is faster but I thought I’ll wait till today and still no show. I always get it without fail so I know somethings gone wrong but not from my end and I have tried calling but it just takes you through security and then cut you off.

I'm paid weekly and haven't received my payment either. I've tried to call but says line busy so everyone must be in the same boat.

I didn't get mine either (paid weekly). Tried calling them and they're on a limited service due to technical issues. Didn't even keep me on hold the auto system just hung up the call

I get my CB weekly, always on a Monday, and it's been the same for a few years. I haven't had mine paid today, I've tried calling 21 times!! Everytime it cuts off saying "user busy", furthest I got with a call was for 1 minute and that was just the automated message!

They are now sharing an automated message saying they are aware of the issue and to keep checking account throughout today..

Tried ring again and there’s an automated message of a woman saying they’re aware of the technical issue of people not receiving their money and to keep checking the bank throughout the day. It’s a joke x

The automated message I get is "we're experiencing technical difficulties, please call back later, thanks for your call, goodbye" and hang up! 😩😩 x

I had that all morning too or “user busy” ! My sister-in-law never received hers but hers has just appeared in her bank now x
