My last payment was 24th may 2024, I have received no payment from CB today anyone in the same boat

Mine too! Phone line cuts you off aswell I hope they sort it out today

Tried ring again and there’s an automated message of a woman saying they’re aware of the issue of people not receiving their payment and to keep checking the bank throughout the day. My sister-in-law has just received hers after not receiving it at midnight

Chloe Ann- my friend got hers paid, so I was so confused. But I called them again and it said about keep checking banks, that's all I can do 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 xx

I haven't received mine either. Mine usually goes in on Monday early hours but nothing so far. There must be a major error with the payment system for so many not to receive their payments

They should have let us know as people rely on this payments!

Systems are down, they're aware people haven't been paid and have advised to keep checking your bank throughout the day.

I get mine every monday. Nothing came in this morning. tried calling the HMRC lines and its busy everytime, if you call main number was on hold 30mins and then it hung up when trying to pass you through.

I got logged out from the app and can’t log back in ,before that has happened I have had look at last 5 payments and it stated 3rd of June but nothing on my bank account hasn’t got it ,it’s busy ever since they opened and can’t get through

Hi, mine was due today as well? Nothing paid in. I’ve even checked my app from
HMRC and it says 3rd June. HMRC are saying there is no issue at their side?? Clearly there is as it’s seems lots of mums are missing the money
