That's a "him" problem. I live with lifelong pain caused by a childhood game gone wrong. If we'd been adults playing that game, it would have been my fault as much as the other participant's because the risk of injury was foreseeable to an adult. (As it was, we were children and I blame the adults present for not stopping it.)
