None yet.

I ate the truffles from one yesterday and may eat the egg later after dinner, with a movie.

Leaving 1 large egg and 1 bunny for Sun and Mon....

Ttc125 · 30/03/2024 17:36

Should I maybe change the name to “what eggs are you planning on eating tomorrow’ 😆

BurntOutNurseryNurse · 30/03/2024 17:36

I've eaten none today. But I had a mini egg one yesterday that work gave me.
No kids of my own, so that will be me until next year probably 😂

Jokl · 30/03/2024 17:37

None. I’ve been pretty firm on saying no Easter eggs til tomorrow with my son so feel I can’t be a hypocrite now 😂 plus I only have one anyway, from my mother 🤣

FlabMonsterIsDietingAgain · 30/03/2024 17:38

As per username I'm dieting and I am so so so close to my first big target so I am determined not to have any. Really bloody want a Cadbury cream egg though 😂 and a hot cross bun with lashings of real butter.

Living vicariously through my child who will be having a white chocolate cream egg Easter egg and lots of teeny ones from the egg hunt.

Floralnomad · 30/03/2024 17:39

None . I rarely eat chocolate .

If I'd had an Easter egg available, I can assure you I would have eaten some today, but apparently I have to wait until tomorrow. C'est la vie.

I'm always amazed how many adults don't realise that if you're old enough to buy your own Easter eggs you can eat them whenever you damn well please!

KnickerlessParsons · 30/03/2024 17:42

Surely you don't open your Easter eggs until it's actually Easter? ie Sunday.

fluffycloudalert · 30/03/2024 17:43

By the way, you do all realise that the clocks go forward tonight, so we have one hour less in which to eat chocolate tomorrow...

Trooi · 30/03/2024 17:45

I forgot to get one for myself in my Tesco order so none :(

Hellocatshome · 30/03/2024 17:45

None because Easter Eggs are for Sunday. But also none because I dont have one and won't get one.

That's a sacrifice you will just have to make for her 😆
When my dn's were babies, I bought them clothes or cuddly toys at Easter instead of eggs. Now I'm wondering if my siblings secretly hoped that I'd bought them eggs so that they could eat them on the dc's behalf 🤣

catin8oots · 30/03/2024 17:46

I literally clicked on this thread to count the none/0 replies.

Well done mumsnetters. You never fail to be predictable despite me hanging about here for nearly 20 years

TheNoodlesIncident · 30/03/2024 17:46

DS and I ate one between us yesterday. We are not religious so give no damns whatsoever about when Easter, the spring festival hijacked by the Christian church, actually is.

We do have a couple more so will be sharing them tomorrow and Monday. (Haven't had any today simply because of having half an egg yesterday. Once we started we couldn't stop, fortunately it wasn't huge...)
