Was in the car for the first part of Any Questions today (from Fri) and was cheered to note that the people talking sense were being clapped the loudest. As someone who lives in Kent I was heartened that the MP didn't get much back (sounded like maybe 4 burly guys - presumably Kippers) for his "Stop The Boats" mantra whereas every other panel member got longer and deeper applause. I hope it continued in the same vein. Funnily enough I was driving to Planet Thanet for my sins...well, for a pottery class.
