I live near a place called Pity Me.
I've visited Twatt in Orkney.
Some people from our running club took part in a recent race near Shittlehope.

What is the funniest place name you have come across?

There's a Lumpy Lane very near to me

Skinflats, near Falkirk. Hopefully nicer than the name…..

There's a road called Water End Lane near where we live. You need a dinghy to get down it at the moment...
