An album you loved as a teen that you still love

What album did you love as a teen, that you still love now. I don't really listen to album anymore, just the individual songs I like on Spotify. However one album I will listen to, from start to finish, in the correct order, on a regular basis is Greenday, American Idiot. There isn't one song on there I don't like. I love the flow of the album, and it reminds me of being young.

Alanis Morrisette think it was called Jagged Little Pill

Girlfriend by Matthew Sweet
Revolver/Abbey Road by the Beatles

And not a teen favourite, but Biology by Girls Aloud - it used to be my driving long distances album and it's underrated.

This is dating me…..The Pretenders first album. With the original line up they were second to none. Unfortunately after they lost Pete Farndon and James Honeyman Scott (both to drugs) I think they became more middle of the road.

PJHarvey - Stories From The City, Stories From The Sea.

I was 19 when it released in late 2000 and I absolutely loved it from the first time I heard it. I got it on cd and played it in my discman everywhere I went, on the bus, at home, at friends and I'd even go sit in the park and just listen to it. Her voice her lyrics her attitude. To this day, it is one of the greatest albums I've ever heard. I ripped the CD, remember when that was a thing? And I've transferred it to MP3 players and phones repeatedly for 20 years. A couple nights ago I played it via Bluetooth from my phone to a speaker as I had a bath. I may have Big Exit played at my funeral.

Also
The Wall - Pink Floyd

I love this album too. Another one I listen to regularly and enjoy the story and the music etc. it's a little more deep and depressing perhaps than PJHarvey, but it'll always be one I adore.

Thanks to this I am now playing Fin de Seicle by The Divine Comedy as I type. Twenty something years ago I would play this on cd in my car over and over and over.
