Mine is when the thread is something along the lines of "what's your favourite dinner?" Or "Worst holiday you've ever been on?" And OP replies to every single post!

When people post something of concern and would like a resolution, but refuse to give any details.
eg: "will my daughter be picked on for the name I have chosen - although I won't tell you the name"
Or: "no-one is buying my product on Etsy, I need advice but won't tell you what the product is".

People who accuse you of making stuff up in your posts. It's so annoying. Yes sorry, people in my life really have done ridiculous stuff. 🙄

Posters who say sorry its long when they've droned on in a massive post with lots of detail that isn't in any way relevant to the issue. Want answers? Be concise. No one has time for a running commentary!

Posters who pick a fight with someone on a thread and make the thread about that. I made a real tit of myself on a thread once by not reading the OP properly. I practically got a virtual stoning. I apologised repeatedly but people just seemed to enjoy piling on and being holier than thou.

I absolutely hate it when people feel the need to comment on posts in order to just be a bit of a twat. If you aren't interested in the post, or have no real advice/input/anything nice to say, just scroll by, it's not bloody hard. There seems to be an awful lot of that going on lately. As is people referring to others as being dim or having a low IQ just because of their lifestyle choices! So, their choice isn't for you, if it's not affecting anyone else and nobody is in danger, just move on!

When people post about a particular problem that might not happen to be about global poverty, and someone replies with "If this is all you have to worry about then you need to get out more". As if people are incapable of having both big and small worries at the same time.

Posters who state something as fact when it's not, and then claim to be an expert in that area, which given your knowledge of that field makes you think they either qualified via a dodgy organisation or that they are lying.

Have a look at any thread where trans people are mentioned.

@WASZPy completely agree about all the advice to go NC anytime a friend or family member gets on someone's nerves. So regressive and immature.

People accusing you of drip feeding when you only gave additional, not directly relevant, information because of a question someone on your thread has asked you.

People jumping to conclusions in cliched ways without reading the whole thread.

When people don't read all OP's posts, see that the situation has been resolved like hours (or even days 😂) ago, and respond to the original question as if that's remotely helpful anymore.

I have a thread running at the moment where this exact thing is happening, and other posters are coming on to say "OP has updated, it's been and gone, read her posts", yet it's still going ..... 🤷‍♀️😂

When people post as if they want advice and it reads as if they do, then when people give helpful advice they get super aggressive and say they arent taking any of the advice and are "just venting". Well fcking say that in your OP then- don't have a go people for not being mind readers! Fuckwits.

Oh also "drip feed" winds me up so much. You have to tell your entire life story in the OP, otherwise any additional detail you add as the discussion progresses is a "drip feed" 🙄
