How to look as amazing as Pippa Middleton in a bikini?!?

Not a goady thread just genuinely want to know how to look as toned and in such good shape. Am the same age as Pippa. Just saw some photos of her on the DM (don’t judge) and she looks absolutely fantastic. Healthy but so fit. I would not look so good in a bikini. What do I need to do?!?

Lift weights

TigerOnTour · 17/02/2024 20:05

Be the offspring of Mr and Mrs Middleton?

Borgonzola · 17/02/2024 20:07

Generational wealth

DarkDarkNight · 17/02/2024 20:07

I thought the same! She looks bloody good. I think she is very disciplined about what she eats and is obviously like her sister, very sporty and active. I don’t think she exercises to look good (although I’m sure she does that too), healthy living and exercise are a big part of her life.

InsidiousRasperry · 17/02/2024 20:07

Inherit good genes and then marry a billionaire 🤣

Thewolvesarerunningagain · 17/02/2024 20:08

You need huge amounts of wealth and unlimited leisure, hot and cold running personal trainers and dieticians.

YoungBritishPissArtist · 17/02/2024 20:10

Tummy tuck

user1471464702 · 17/02/2024 20:10

Don’t eat

Penguinsa · 17/02/2024 20:11

Swimming a lot

OnlyFoolsnMothers · 17/02/2024 20:11

Barely eat, lots of exercise and no stress ie. Don’t work, live in the gym

handfulofsugar · 17/02/2024 20:14

All the above and time. She can go surfing, running etc whenever she likes I doubt she has to finish the housework or do the food shopping before she has time to do what she wants for herself

SnapdragonToadflax · 17/02/2024 20:14

Live your entire life keeping yourself thin so you can attract and marry a very rich man. Helps if your sister is the future Queen, obvs.

When you marry him you will have access to private chefs and personal trainers who will cook you healthy but delicious food and will visit your home every day so you don't need to make an effort to go to the gym. You don't need to work, and you have housekeepers and nannies. Private healthcare. Knowledge of the best surgeons and aesthetitions if you decide to have work done. You basically have nothing to do in life except improve how you look.

BingoMarieHeeler · 17/02/2024 20:14

Yup, be rich. Rich in money and therefore rich in time and therefore rich in health.

AtomicBlondeRose · 17/02/2024 20:15

I got a similar figure in 6 months from being a tubby size 12 without spending any time at the gym, any money beyond a few sets of dumbbells and while working full time. I’m not saying it’s easy but you can get that body by using YouTube workouts and tracking food for free using MyFitnessPal or similar. You do need discipline but it’s really not unachievable for an “average” person. No tummy tucks, personal chefs etc required, and I still have meals out, wine and chocolate!

And I’m definitely not rich (but didn’t need to be as it didn’t cost anything).

Thegreengreengrassofhomes · 17/02/2024 20:18

Kate has much the same figure, she is just taller.. Lucky girls, great genes.

BingoMarieHeeler · 17/02/2024 20:20

Although, just looked up the pics and she doesn’t look THAT unusually amazing tbh. Totally lovely and very fit of course. But pretty normal, I have friends who look like that. So maybe more achievable than I was imagining. I do not envy her her hairy pale husband though 😄

Also disagree with PP that she has nothing in her life other than improving how she looks. That seems an extremely reductive conclusion.

ThePoshUns · 17/02/2024 20:21

Good genes, discipline, very active, eats well, lots of money!

I agree. I had to take a look at the article and yes she looks great but that's an achievable figure for many. And then there's the husband.. Confused

Not necessarily, but it definitely helps I imagine.

I have a couple of friends with similar figures post kids and they certainly don't have what you list, but do have enough money for decent healthy food and a gym membership, the motivation to get up and gym / run / swim / surf instead of having a lie-in on a weekend, and good genes.

Lol snap..

Genetics play a big part but she has always exercised a lot, and is probably very disciplined with her diet.

Yes she is incredibly weathly which probably makes it easier to have the lifestyle she wants but she does look fabulous.

Lampslights · 17/02/2024 20:25

I think she lifts. You can see the muscle tone when she’s climbing on the boat. I think I also read she’s a runner, so prob a mix of those. Plus a disciplined diet.

Waiting for motivation is most people’s problem - who says she has motivation? It just takes telling yourself you’re going to do it and then following through and doing it. Nothing magical and no mysterious “motivation” needed. If you care enough about something you’ll make sure you do it.

Yup

DreadPirateRobots · 17/02/2024 20:27

Just looked. She's... Fine? Thin, but her muscle tone isn't that great. I'm her age, have two DC and have better.

I'm not a millionaire and I don't have "nothing in my life"; I work FT and study to boot. I eat healthily and work out 4-5 days a week with weights and running.
