How to look as amazing as Pippa Middleton in a bikini?!?

Not a goady thread just genuinely want to know how to look as toned and in such good shape. Am the same age as Pippa. Just saw some photos of her on the DM (don’t judge) and she looks absolutely fantastic. Healthy but so fit. I would not look so good in a bikini. What do I need to do?!?

Money = time. Plus genes

Gowlett · 17/02/2024 20:53

Not eating cake. Simple as that.

wineandsunshine · 17/02/2024 20:53

No job to worry about!

CheeseSandwichRiskAssessment · 17/02/2024 20:56

For people saying she's not toned, who do you think has good muscle tone out of curiosity? She looks pretty ripped to me lol. Maybe I just need to work out more.

QueSyrahSyrah · 17/02/2024 20:56

@AtomicBlondeRose Well some people want it enough to find ways to make it part of their routine. Some people want it but genuinely don't have the time / money / opportunity. Some people say they want it but choose not to make the efforts to achieve it.

She's certainly not untoned, but she's hardly impossibly ripped. Any PT or committed weight trainer with low body fat would have more obvious muscle definition around arms, shoulders, and abs. I would describe it as a fairly normal and certainly achievable figure for someone who manages their weight and exercises. Kate and Pippa are both genetically tall and thin as well, which doesn't hurt. That part is obvs not achievable, but if you keep your weight low and consistently work out with weights you can certainly get Pippa's muscle tone.

LunaNorth · 17/02/2024 21:04

She looks fantastic, and her husband looks fine!

It’s not fair. I lift weights, do daily cardio, walk miles, don’t drink…and I look very much as though I sit on my arse eating takeaway.

Hmph.

Inherit good genes and then marry a billionaire 🤣

I mean yeah, but I doubt she has a shit diet so I think some discipline is involved here. You can't really pay for a body like that without SOME effort

AdoraBell · 17/02/2024 21:11

Probably no carbs.

I’m not disagreeing. Everyone makes their own choices. But these threads bring out a real rich seam of people basically saying no mere mortal could ever get a body like that, with 1000 reasons why it’s impossible, and actually, most of the time it’s just about making a choice not to do it. I know, I was there for plenty of years. I was too poor and tired and worked too much and had kids…and all those things are all still true but I just switched my choices.

Devastatedandblindsided · 17/02/2024 21:18

Why is she being photographed in that intrusive way? She’s just a woman on holiday with her kids. I really think it’s disgusting. They look right up close to the family too. To be honest she just looks thin and quite toned to me , nothing amazing.

WeAreBorg · 17/02/2024 21:18

She looks similar to my friends who run a lot - they have full time jobs and children so it’s definitely achievable. They are all old school low calorie disciplined types.

I have literally no idea what the people who said she looks too muscular are looking at?!

This^

QueSyrahSyrah · 17/02/2024 21:20

@AtomicBlondeRose And my original post that you quoted said the same thing! I have friends who look like that without Pippa's privilege, because when I might choose 'lie-in' in a Sunday morning they choose a 15km run, and where I get to Friday night and reach for a glass of wine and a takeaway menu they make a different choice.

Let's agree to... erm... agree?

shielder · 17/02/2024 21:20

It’s not my ideal figure although she has a great stomach helped my her long torso & her shoulders/arms looks like she does weights. Money & time helps.

BigBoysDontCry · 17/02/2024 21:20

I'd say diet wise no sugar and low carb.

It's taken me to 57 to realise that is really the only way for me to stay thin and unbloated.

NostalgiaWarning · 17/02/2024 21:21

I don’t think she looks that attractive at all.

shielder · 17/02/2024 21:22

Have a perfect figure to begin with, ensuring that your parents provide exactly the right combination of genes to make you tall, slender and with long limbs.

She doesn’t have a perfect figure or long limbs…

DreadPirateRobots · 17/02/2024 21:22

I think the only person who is saying that accidentally blundered here through a portal from 1991, when people thought the second a woman touched a dumbbell she immediately blew up and became "bulky".

They knew they were being pictured. They agreed to it, probably in exchange for another story not being written or something. They probably allowed the photographer access for a certain period and insisted that the children’s faces were pixelated - deal done.

Springisintheair01 · 17/02/2024 21:23

Luck! That looks like her normal body shape more than anything. She looks great and very healthy but I wouldn’t have thought she does anything out of the ordinary.

Like her sister she is lucky with the long body as she probably doesn’t put weight on around her middle.

HelenaCh9 · 17/02/2024 21:28

I’d love that look. She’s fit and athletic. Not underweight because of the muscle. Not model-like because of the short legs just really healthy.

Floralsofa · 17/02/2024 21:29

Lift weights, bit of cardio, eat well.

Luck might be a bit of it,but she is a triathlete amongst other things. You need amazing stamina for that and do oodles of training for it.Very out of the ordinary! I know a lot of triathletes, their lives seem to revolve around what they eat and how much they train.

Anyone who thinks looking like that doesn’t take effort is sadly mistaken.

BigWillyLittleTodger · 17/02/2024 21:33

Lampslights · 17/02/2024 20:32

That’s kind of an excuse though, plenty of people don’t work, and don’t look like that.

Er no! That’s irrelevant, they have no motivation whatever their financial status, the people I’m talking about want to exercise but they can’t always put their motivation first as they have jobs, children to look after, home to run, it doesn’t mean they aren’t motivated but their life gets in the way, Pippa does not have that issue, I’m sure Pippa has no problem spending the whole morning with her PT, the ‘motivated’ normal person might be able to fit in a quick 30 minutes, I admire the normal person more, it’s much harder for them.
