How to look as amazing as Pippa Middleton in a bikini?!?

Not a goady thread just genuinely want to know how to look as toned and in such good shape. Am the same age as Pippa. Just saw some photos of her on the DM (don’t judge) and she looks absolutely fantastic. Healthy but so fit. I would not look so good in a bikini. What do I need to do?!?

And not only that, women are criticising the body of a fairly high-performing athlete because it's not sexy and male-gaze-conforming enough.

Yeah. Even though I commented on this one, it's getting a bit much now.

But threads and articles in the media saying how good her body looks is inviting judgement.
How women look should not be the most important thing about them.

Maybe its just me but I don't think she looks good at all. I wouldn't want to look like this. I'd rather look like P!nk or Jesse J etc.

She does look scrawny, and I don't think she's pretty either.

Great figure but she’s so hard-faced compared to her sister. She’d never have nabbed a billionaire’s son if her sister wasn’t married to William. Mr Matthews would not have looked twice at Plain Pip under normal circumstances.

...Then criticise the media. Not the body of the woman who didn't ask for her body to be plastered all over and judged.

I think Mr Mathews would indeed have looked at her, she's gorgeous! Also she seems very loyal and discreet whicn as we know one can't take for granted in those circles.

Plus her husband is no oil painting.

Gosh, there are some really nasty comments about another woman's looks on this thread! It's hard enough world to live in as it is without women tearing other women apart for the shape of their body.

Pippa might not possess everyone's ideal body shape or looks, but she's certainly doing the best she can with what nature gave her. FFS and saying her husband is only married to her because she's the sister-in-law to the future king is just mean. Maybe he actually loves her and enjoys her company?

Would you make the same comment to someones face or are you just comfortable doing that behind a screen? Would you be happy with someone saying that to your child's face if you have one?

You can tell who the strong women are, they help build others up not tear them down as they say.

I'd rather be honest than just say everyone is fantastic looking even when they aren't. That doesn't do anyone any favours.

She isn't pretty imo, she's got a big jaw and a big forehead, and a bit of a flat face. I wouldn't say she's got a great body because imo she hasn't.

Absolutely nobody has required you to conduct a detailed critical appraisal of another woman's body.
