He must be over the moon. I still haven’t forgiven him for how he faced no consequences appearance wise after his drunk driving ☹️

I feel for his ex wife. Long marriage and tried for a baby for years. Then he dumps her for her friend and now he's parading his new family around, publicly declaring that he's always wanted to be a Dad

I think having kids so late in life is selfish. I would have hated to have 60+ year old parents as a teen.

Whether he did or didn’t cheat in an unhappy (childless) marriage - it doesn’t mean he is not a nice person.

He may have made mistakes, but he deserves to be happy, and he clearly is.

Er, yes it does? From a quick google, he admits to cheating. Clearly not a 'nice couple' then, are they?

That doesn't mean they can't or shouldn't have a baby but he isn't 'nice'.

Some parents aren’t a blessing to their babies though. Ant certainly isn’t.

I agree, and have said similar in previous threads. She’s always made out to be either the ‘bitter ex’ or the ‘victim ex’.As far as I’m aware, she’s kept a dignified silence and hasn’t actually said anything to the press.

Let’s say that I think his attention will be elsewhere.

I agree. No famous bloke ex was hunted the way Lisa is. It’s been a six years and still being chased by tabloids. Lies and more lies, but many people believe them. Roughly a year ago Daily Mail published a series of stories about Lisa going to court with Ant, demanding a full custody of their dog. She denied it on the social media. Stories lasted a while and now they disappeared. Surely the press would published an update by now if indeed there was a custody case? So Lisa was saying true.

I do agree the tattoo is hideous, but then I think all tattoos are wanky (and I used to have one), but the sentiment is sweet.

Ant’s not the only person to have fucked up a marriage and made mistakes in the face of a difficult time. I have friends that have done similar. They’re not perfect and nor is anyone. I think it’s weird to not wish him well.

Of course it's fine for him to move on and it has been a long time since they split but I dislike the things he says about how he has "never been happier" and other comments which I think are unnecessarily hurtful to his first wife.

Whatever happened between him and Lisa, he clearly loved her at one time and was probably incredibly happy then too.
I have found some of his comments disrespectful, especially given the fact that she stood by him during his periods of addiction and given the fact he had an affair with a friend of hers.
He and the second wife do come across as bit too smug really. And that tattoo is just tacky.

Of course everyone is entitled to move on. I just don’t like how Lisa has been treated by the press since their split. She’s portrayed as unhinged bunny boiler. True is, the only way for her to stop being hunted by the press is marrying a man richer and more famous or powerful than Ant, and good luck to her with that. How sad and misogynist it is?
