How can I make this 'Bulge Cake' look more realistic?

Don't ask but I made this cake on request. I am not a baker, just someone who makes cakes for friend's birthdays. This is for a friend but he's closer to other friends than me and they asked me for this design.

I wanted to do the trousers/shorts grey but I couldn't get the colour right so decided on white.

I was thinking, could I put some creases in somehow? So it looks a bit less 'cartoony'?
Would you know what it was meant to be?

(Yes I've name changed). It's only a bit of fun, people know I am not a cake decorator! I've made 'novelty' cakes for a few different people but how 'wrong' they look is just part of it!

I may just offer this as the solution to any and all problems from now on

He's great, but often berates me (jokingly) for being a lesbian, how gross vaginas are etc (but it is all tongue in cheek, we have a good relationship).

His male friends requested I did it as a joke. It (ahem) went down well.

I have done naked penises (peni?!) too! The bulge one was more due to the subject matter being 'let's embarrass him for having his shorts too tight that time'.

Obviously I've got a bit of time, but older gentleman this was for needs a new variation of the 'fag ash' cake, for early May and ive stared thinking about it. Only other thing I can think of that he likes a lot is his job (builder) and Jack Daniels! I can't think of any simple themes for those but if anyone else can I'd appreciate it. Otherwise, I think I'm going to go with a giant cigarette design of some sort.

My next challenge is...for a friend who is passionate about fossil collecting. Has a huge collection, sells the more rare ones etc...
I've looked online but they all seem quite tricky so far!

I've found some ammonite molds on Ebay now but they're only for little cupcake sizes. I suppose I could bake a large cake and decorate it with those.

Ammonites are usually sort of a slate grey colour. Brown might end up looking more like a poo emoji cake but that might be funnier anyway?

It just gradually became something that I did/do for everyone 😂
I made one daft cake then someone else wanted one then it were 'So what sort of cake are you making for so and so's birthday next week?!' and 'You MUST make X a cake like this...'

It is fun. And somewhat satisfying. if they didn't taste nice by all accounts I don't think I'd have continued!
