How can I make this 'Bulge Cake' look more realistic?

Don't ask but I made this cake on request. I am not a baker, just someone who makes cakes for friend's birthdays. This is for a friend but he's closer to other friends than me and they asked me for this design.

I wanted to do the trousers/shorts grey but I couldn't get the colour right so decided on white.

I was thinking, could I put some creases in somehow? So it looks a bit less 'cartoony'?
Would you know what it was meant to be?

(Yes I've name changed). It's only a bit of fun, people know I am not a cake decorator! I've made 'novelty' cakes for a few different people but how 'wrong' they look is just part of it!

There seem to be YouTube videos giving demos for some of the dumbbell cakes, if that helps for approaches?

It went down very well because the whole 'thing' of my cakes is that they're amusing, not that they look amazing. And it did go down well(!) and was eaten.

I came across some like that while I was looking @UpUpUpU but I'd feel a little wrong doing that for a young man (18) as a gay middle aged woman!

You might need to name change to "IMakeOkCakes" they are definitely getting less crap.
I once made a green iced cake which was meant to look like a putting green for a golfer. It was truly crap

Exactly my thinking too, it'd seem a bit of an odd thing for a straight man, nevermind someone who has no interest in those bits of a woman at all 🤣. Maybe it's a sort of weird ironic thing?

I mean, the little clitoris is kind of adorable, but my other question is why, if the ‘bulge’ cakes were all (at least to my memory) clad in underpants of some kind, this vulva is not only naked, but very exposed as if for some kind of gynae examination…?
