Can anyone point to anything Sunak and the Tories have done over the past 14 years that excites them, and makes them go, I want to vote for them again?

I am excited to see which minister they will send out to lie to us next.
Today's exihibit on the radio was not very good at it as his voice changed dramatically at points when he was being dishonest. Clearly needs more practice.

Exactly jgw1, very excited to find out when ensuring Transperency, Integrity and Accountability at the highest levels of Government finally will happen.

I am excited to take on a new identity as A Motorist. Apparently everyone else is one, they must be having so much fun! I'm glad Rishi is so keen to support this.

It is exciting to see which next conspiracy theory they will base their policy on.

I’m looking forward to seeing how long they can blame the previous Labour government for everything.

That is quite exciting.
Will it still be Gordon Brown's fault when the Tories are still in opposition in the 2032 election?

I'm really looking forward to seeing what they're going to hit disabled people with in their next parliament, my son will really enjoy the challenge.

That depends on ITV and Toby Jones

I'm getting really excited over all the sea food based Brexit benefits we are only now beginning to enjoy. We are truly blessed.

Back to a 2010 square one looks pretty good to me in terms of NHS waiting lists

I love a Dickens novel so obviously I’m really excited about getting to live in one.

Thanks Tories!

It's exciting that it now takes 13 years to save a deposit for the average UK property (up from 3 in 1990s), and 30 years in London (up from 4).

It is indeed his policy, which is why the put in place steps to ensure that net migration rose to 750,000 people last year. This is of course an excellent thing, as it provides much needed workers, tax revenue and an interesting and diverse country to live in.

But Starmer will open the gates to them.

Jason118 · 19/05/2024 22:21

Is 'but Starmer' a relaunch of 'but Corbyn'? If so, it's shit.

But Starmer will open the gates to them.

He won’t need to. The gates are wide open already.

I can't wait for men to deem its ok to shout over women at work, Sunak does a fantastic job of showing everyone on national TV that it's a great way to behave

I'm watching on catch up! It really is something else

verdantverdure · 19/06/2024 18:33

What about highest migration levels EVER says to you @SammyScrounge that there is anything left to open?

Crikeyalmighty · 20/06/2024 10:40

@SammyScrounge why do you think that? Is it because that's what the media have told you? I think he will be way tighter than the Tory's on it - and that's because he probably will initiate 'at some point' some kind of EU co operation again (even if not in the EU) that will then make a lot of this developing country/3rd world (call it what you will) immigration not necessary. With regard to the 'boats' - it's very likely he will actually have French cooperation and a team on the coast 'in France' - and cooperation with EU means the French can then stop them 'in France' - because we have left the EU - at the moment the French can't legally 'stop the boats' - that's what Brexit did for us!

I'm absolutely thrilled. Just popping out to Paddy Power's to put a monkey on his win and triumphant return. That government is a shining beacon of honesty, cant wait for more of it. Betcha 😂
