It's slightly over budget, but the Philips Sonicare 3100 Series Sonic Electric Toothbrush is currently £42, saving you 53% on the RRP.

It's not sonic, but the Oral-B Pro 3 Electric Toothbrush is bang on budget at £35 (with 65% knocked off the RRP).

I would recommend Philips Sonicare rather than Oral B, the side to side oscillation is easier on the gums than the circular Oral B. We have used both and now have Philips. The basic Philips work just as well as the pricier versions, they just have fewer bells and whistles, which you don't use much anyway.
