It seems the most if not the only logical solution, to set up refugee shelters in the Sinai peninsula?

I think the UAE were trying to get a prisoner swap for hostages sorted. You never know, I assume there is a lot of talking behind the scenes to both Hamas and Israel.

Countries like the UAE are a farce - you wouldn't even be allowed to have a demonstration there. They don't want their cosy lives disrupted. There was uproar when they couldn't get into the USA for a time after 9/11.

There is no “genocidal actions” of Israel. You well know the border is controlled by Egypt on one side and Hamas on the other.

im going to stop engaging with you now- your lies and hyperbole are based on prejudice.

I’ve backed my claims with quotes from security officials via Reuters and independent human rights organisations with people on the ground. You’ve backed your claims with… nada.

No, the source was Egyptian security officials via Reuters. Your reading comprehension is basically non-existent at this point.

No, there is nothing on Reuters that says that. Even the Reuters article you posted says nothing of the sort. The source is the “Middle East Monitor” you posted which is a Hamas mouthpiece.

No you have posted no such thing. Below was the Reuters article you posted and it says nothing of the sort . The only thing you posted to back up your anti semitic claims were the “Middle East Monitor” article which is openly a Hamas mouthpiece.

More aid flights arrive in Egypt's Sinai, awaiting passage to Gaza

New aid flights arrived on Saturday in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula where relief materials are being held until an agreement is reached for delivery into the nearby Gaza Strip, a Red Crescent official and an aid volunteer said.

Needspace2023 · 15/10/2023 13:13

Aligns with a failure to admit that Hamas are despicable disgusting terrorist group which will never bring dignity to Palestinians.

Judashascomeintosomemoney · 13/10/2023 16:39

Presumably they don’t want to bring the wrath of IDF on their country?

Egyptian President earlier this week:

”there will be no compromise on Egypt’s national security under any circumstances, and the Egyptian people must be aware of the complexities of the situation and the magnitude of the threat.”

That’s not what that statement means. Egypt perceive Gaza and the terror infiltration of the population as they’ve seen during the Sinai offensive, as a grave security threat to Egypt. It’s nothing to do with Israel.

Sources please to show misinformation and also that the middle east monitor "is a mouthpiece for Hamas".

Simply asserting something doesn't make it fact, I will take the MSM sources who have verified it (after being embarrassed and having to apologise for the babies beheaded story).

The beheading of babies by Hamas has been confirmed and verified by reliable media. Look up thread - I already posted information that Middle East monitor is a mouthpiece for Hamas. Even just look it up on Wikipedia.

Is only simple because it’s made up in your head. You have no evidence israel is stopping aid at the rafah border. The border is controlled by Hamas and Egypt.

It’s just your prejudice.

Here's an interesting piece of evidence

Last Sunday the prime minister of Israel announced there would be a 'total blockaded of gaza'

As I said no military presence at the gaza Egypt border so.how can the blockade be enforced there from a hundred miles away

Desperate times call for desperate means aka losing the narrative control bringing out super gaslighting. The protests worldwide yesterday have shaken some people to the core, the public is not mindlessly swallowing the narrative. They're not sending their best though.....

You can read the Reuters article for yourself that she posted and see that it doesn’t say what she says it does. I posted it for you.

Anti semitic conspiracy theories are nothing new I’m afraid. Smarter people than you have fallen for them in the past.

SNP have backed calls for a ceasefire to allow humanitarian aid into Gaza. That seems to suggest it is too dangerous for aid personnel and trucks to enter at present.

No it has not. The journalist apologised, however not until after Biden had mentioned it in a speech causing much embarrassment to the American government who had to walk back his statement.

Oh for goodness sake. Hamas committed atrocities. Brutal rape, torture, setting people on fire, murder, kidnapping children as hostages. But you're fixated on one thing? Give your head a wobble.

Yes. A ceasefire is a 2 way thing! Hello 👋 who is getting through to Hamas?

ketchup07070 · 15/10/2023 13:29

@Needspace2023 Indeed, there's a stalemate around ceasefire with both sides feeling a need to continue.

Needspace2023 · 15/10/2023 13:30

It's crazy to me how people perceive Hamas to be the victim here.
They massacred over a thousand people in a day, including beheadings and committing rape and including infants.
And they've taken hostage 126 people and hiding among civilians!
They have created q fort and yet able to launch rockets into Israel still.
Please, I saw the demonstrations worldwide I saw largely a mass of immature minds who still view Hamas as freedom fighters among a small number who truly want peace.

Efacsen · 15/10/2023 13:31

How is the Israeli PM enforcing his 'total blockade' of Gaza with particular emphasis on the border with Egypt given he has no troops there?

Absolutely. Certainly the murder and kidnapping of Israeli babies has been comprehensively verified. The Israeli government has not verified the specific claims that 40 babies were beheaded.
