What one word do you find almost impossible to pronounce/say?

Mine's narcissistic. I pride myself on being reasonably eloquent, but that word has me beat.

Thankfully not a word I find myself needing to utter very often. Just as well, as it takes me about 32 attempts before I stop sounding like Arkwright in Open All Hours.

I can’t say what the actual word is, too niche.. but the main name of the subject that I have two degrees in, and have published work on, I always feel like I’m not quite saying it right and trip up over one of the sounds!

'Repeat prescription'. My Rs aren't very crisp and my lips just won't form the gentle join of the 't-p', repea'T P'rescription. Can say it clear as day in my mind though!
Took me until I was 14 to be able to say ambulance. It always came out as ambliance no matter how careful I tried!

Minutiae - I’ve only ever heard it said out loud a couple of times, the first time I had no idea what the word was but I guessed at the meaning as it had context and the second time I just kept thinking how the hell do you spell it?! Still not really sure how to pronounce it 😂
