Drinks. For me I've wasted too many years with someone whose desire to drink trumps any desire he has to make me happy.

Oh and I've dated two men who were weird with food, they were also weird with sex. For me, food and sex are the greatest pleasures in life - so much satisfaction and enjoyment to be found in both.

Several red flags for me. Firstly,same one as you OP. I will never ever date a man who drinks a lot. I spent 4 years in a relationship with an alcoholic. Never again. Looking back,I think I must have taken leave of my senses for putting up with all his shit. It was out of character for me. The only thing I can put it down to was that I got together with him barely a year after my mum died,who I was very close to,and I was feeling a bit lost at the time.
The second red flag would be a man who asks to borrow money from me when I barely know him. I'm not talking about a fiver or a tenner,but £150. I've had this happen to me twice. Just no!

At my age i can count on one hand the number of men i have 100% liked and respected (and not one was my exh). I will never again give one more minute of my life to waste on another one, I’m now a crazy old cat lady and never been happier.

Now I'm not going to say I'll never date a man again, I love a bit of flirting and being wined and dined, but I will never have another relationship beyond that and am looking forward to growing old with my cats and my dc by my side
