Mine is (I’ve Had) the Time of My Life, from ‘Dirty Dancing’.

It’s like nails on a chalk board and I can’t even explain why. It’s not even the worst song but it gives me rage and I always have to turn over the radio when it’s on.

Add to that any song by Anastacia, although these days she is rarely played on the radio.

I’m hoping that it’s not just me and suspect everyone has “that song” that they just cannot stand, for no rhyme nor reason. What is yours?

I actually agree with hating a lot of what other posters have said. But I think it's not so much hating the songs/singers themselves but more that a lot of those listed are played just so damn often on the radio. The more I hear the same songs, the more I get really bored and fed up of them, however brilliant or popular they were at the time. There must be thousands of songs that barely ever get played yet it seems the same few dozen are almost on repeat and you hear them if not daily, but certainly weekly if you listen to the radio for a couple of hours a day!
