We had 3 in our old house which was a pain for cleaning but great generally! Now we have 1 & it sometimes drives me mad, especially as we have a teenage daughter. I would love to add another one downstairs for those desperate moments lol 🤣

Got 2. If you can add one it does add value to house that's not got many

2 upstairs bathroom and downstairs just a toilet for 4 of us. Would ideally have a bigger downstairs room which could fit a shower with 2 DDs

Brightandshining · 17/08/2023 19:48

And there are 5 of us!! 4. Storey house.
I actually keep a bucket in the bedroom at the top for emergencies...
Not ideal at all. But we live in a very expensive area and this is the only house we could afford that was actually big enough for us all

3 but one is awful with an ancient system. Every time the flush runs out of water the whole house stinks. Need to find a way of getting rid of it and maybe turn the space into a cupboard.

1 just me, dd and her boyfriend, not lived with a man for many years so not enjoying the extra cleaning!

5 as we have 3 en suites , main bathroom and cloakroom

Thursa · 17/08/2023 20:35

3, one upstairs, one downstairs, one en suite.

Excitingnewusername · 17/08/2023 21:11

1 in the only bathroom. Only me and DH, but it can be an issue.

I can really see the sense in those kid century houses that seperate out the toilet from the bathroom.

MillicentTrilbyHiggins · 17/08/2023 21:14
  1. Me and 2 teens.
Happiestinmygarden · 17/08/2023 23:32

3 which is perfect for 4 of us, our old house had just one and with a husband and son who think they need at least 20-30min to have a poop I seriously couldn’t cope!

Mother87 · 18/08/2023 21:51

5 - 1 ground floor/3 middle floor/1 attic bedroom floor

the80sweregreat · 18/08/2023 22:01

2

ladygindiva · 18/08/2023 22:06

Two, one upstairs one down. Perfect.

Hopingforno2in2023 · 18/08/2023 22:06

6 in a four bed house. Two downstairs, three en-suites and a family bathroom which also has a bidet.

ellecf21 · 18/08/2023 22:16

4 - 2 en suites, 1 main and 1 downstairs loo. 3 of us. I have the master en suite, husband uses the spare en suite and the main bathroom is currently overrun with bath toys (DD1). The downstairs loo is a free for all Grin.
