What I noticed in the theme park today..

  1. too many men wearing no tops, but gold chains.
  2. a lot of swearing
  3. a lot of tight fitting dresses seemed a bit hot
  4. kids in uncomfortable shoes bad for their feet (no good for walking about)
  5. teens in hoodies - it was 27 degrees
  6. lots of missing teeth in adults
  7. queues too many of them

I think it brings out the chavs, when I've been in the past it's always those sorts who bring attention on to themselves. I guess I'm getting to old for queuing up to go on rides that would scare me and make me want to come off once I'm on there 😳

Can't tell if this is light hearted or not so I'll bite anyway.
You sound worse than all of your numbered points for coming away from what is a supposedly fun day (if that's your thing) judging other people.

They didn’t look unwashed. But why walk around with no top on and then wear a tonne of metal against your skin?

PS I deffo had time to observe standing in the queues. A lot of people buy fast passes I noticed and then because they can’t just put on people with fast passes they also end up waiting. So it’s like load a ride with a third fast passes then ordinary people (like me would you believe).

I've been at a theme park this week and it wasn't like that. In fact I've never been to a theme park like that.

Merlin have a dress code which doesn't allow anyone to not wear a top.

I also don't generally get close enough to random strangers to scrutinise gold chains or missing teeth. Take a step back OP. You're too close.

Did you know that sometimes the adult teeth just don’t form? And not everyone is up to having scary dental work.

Of course this isn’t the only reason for missing teeth but just wanted to make it known.

I wasn’t judging? Just saying what I saw today. I don’t think swearing is appropriate in a kids place.

Was anyone :

Smoking in the queue
Pissing in the hedges
Throwing up behind the ride (combination of fast food and fast rides would have me hurling)

Once at Chessington ( years ago) a young bloke was holding a lit ciggie at his side near my DS face and I had to yell at him in French to move it .
Probably my finest mothering moment !
