Just wondering.
A friend of mine was born on her brother's birthday.
Another friend has her DC X number of years and one week apart (not quite the same!)

I wonder how common the exact same birthday is

My aunt and her sister have. My aunt is still bitter about her fifth birthday party being cancelled. She is almost 80.

I also know twins born on different days!

My nephew and his son.
My friend and his son.
DH has daughters with the same birthday.

Our family also have birthdays on consecutive days.
Both Of DH sisters
DH cousins (they're brothers)

Me, I share my birthday with my brother, he's 3yrs older than me. 18th & 21st was fun.

I've only ever got half a cake 😂

I share my non twin siblings birthday

Me + 2 siblings born 2 years and 1 week apart. Oldest to youngest born 14th/21st/28th of the same month but in 1988/1990/1992.

I now have a DS born on DHs birthday. And DH was born on his dads birthday 😅

Not siblings but two of my cousins have the same birthday as our grandmother, who also died on that date.

Friend and her sister same day, 8 yrs apart. Other Friend is youngest of 3, all 3 born same date in July and each 3 yrs apart!

Friend with two boys born exactly 4 years apart - they have a cousin who shares a birthday with them too.

Worked with someone years ago who had two sets of twins - born 2 years and 1 day apart 😳 and one week before Christmas! December was an expensive month 😄

DB and I not quite but almost, if he was born 8 minutes earlier we'd share a birthday. 2 year age gap, I was six weeks early he was nearly a week late so our birthdays shouldn't have been that close at all

In our extended family there are three siblings that are a year, a month and a day apart (eg, 1/1/1990, 2/2/1991, 3/3/1992). Also a married couple with the same birthday but not year. My friend's first was born on her birthday and her second on her wedding anniversary.

My aunt & uncle (siblings) have the same summer birthday, born 13y apart.

Said uncle's 2 sons are 2y apart, 3 days between their birthdays.

My brother & I are 4y apart, 10 days between our birthdays.

I was born on my Grandma's birthday, and above aunt married on my 6th birthday.

Yes. My colleague had two girls on the exact same date but two years apart.

Know quite a few examples of this among friends and relatives

Not siblings but my daughter was born on my neices birthday, same date as my brother-in-law and a nephew on my husbands side..and they are all left handed. Totally fascinating to me as they are all so similar in personality as well.

Stepdad and his youngest sister are born same day 17 years apart. As a child I recall them saying "Happy birthday" "tnx same to you" with much hilarity.

I have a friend whose son shares her birthday and their daughter their dad's birthday (and middle child shared with grandma mat side( that has to be pretty rare.
