What would this chinese takeaway cost where you are and have a guess at what I paid

It's been a while, I haven't had one since new years eve and it's safe to say I am scandalised.....

For reference it was one bag of salt and pepper chicken balls with a bag of chips

One mixed meat satay with fried rice.

A tub of mixed ribs.

One tub of crispy seaweed but it's not seaweed.

Well it's here. And the portion sizes are good and it's tasty......it was £43.70 😬

By us, the cheaper Chinese takeaway, it would be about £35. The better one would be about £45.

Totally normal where I am and I think it's cheap - you can't eat out for £15 a head easily anymore

The Chinese here would cost around £25/£30

Our local chip shop does a small or a large fish. A small single fish is £5.50 and with chips is £7.50 and a large single fish is £8 and with chips is £10.

About 30ish pounds here…
they have gone up quite a bit, I order the same things give or take a rice (depends if my sister is having it aswell) it’s gone up £20 in a year.. if I was rich I’d have it weekly because it’s bloody lovely, now I only have it 3 times a year. My birthday (April), pride weekend (august) and Christmas Eve.
