Anyone else got this bastard coughing bug?

DS and all his classmates had this coughing bug and now it's sweeping the parents too. Been coughing solidly for two weeks. At times coughing so hard I've been been sick and struggled to catch my breath. My pelvic floor is pleading for mercy.

Doctor has listened to my chest and there's no infections. I've tested for Covid daily and everything is coming back negative.

Still I can't stop fucking coughing.

Anyone else? How long before it passes....

Yep - have it too. Was sure it was Covid but negative tests. Had to get off the bus yesterday miles from my stop cos I was coughing so much I thought I’d be sick. It’s a nasty one

Yes, all had it on and off and in again since mid-January.

Is anyone’s cough really retchy? Mine started as a tickly cough but now its
almost retching. It’s horrible.

12 weeks in! I'm still coughing but it's much better than it was. Halfway through a course of steroids.
