Do you know when she last wore it? I like the coat but not with that hat, so would love to see it with something else.

@Pondere it's not about a coat. Read through it, she's apparently anorexic, dresses her kids wrong and has no idea. I see nothing regarding a coat in those comments but you didn't pick up on that?

I was the one who mentioned Louis - where did I say she has no idea? I said I don’t get why he’s wearing shorts in this weather.

I’m glad she chose a slightly older coat rather than yet another new one - it was beginning to look distasteful in a cost of living crisis how many new coats she seemed to buy this autumn.

it’s a nice coat, agree she looks she looks incredibly thin recently, but then she’s had a bit of a tough year, some people do just lose weight rather than comfort eat.

What weather? It’s not particularly cold. It’s an old-fashioned look, for sure, but nothing cruel about it. He won’t even be outside for very long.

I agree. Apart from the colour of the hat, she looks like she is about to go out in the outback or somewhere similar!!

My 18 yo DS wears shorts in all weathers (below freezing included) as does our postie.

But what’s there to “not get” about his wearing shorts “in this weather”? The implication is that it’s not appropriate at least, if not actively cruel?

I loved the hat but I didn't like the breast pockets on the coat at all.

Because they're the Royal Family going to church on Christmas Day. The photos will be around for centuries. Louis is probably wearing jeans and a Christmas paw patrol jumper right now, and Charlotte in an Elsa costume from Asda, but that wouldn't have been appropriate this morning.

You might have a point if they were wearing frock coats, top hats and crinolines.

I like it but it does make me laugh how no one seemed to notice how much her team stepped up her style game after Meghan joined. Meghan didn’t always get it right (some of the outfits were not tailored to her properly imo) but her style was more elegant.

I do think Kate looks good all the time these days.

She did become more sleek! But then again, she hit her 40s and had the 3rd, her body shape did seem to change (lost a lot of weight, still is getting thinner), so her old style wasn’t going to suit as well.
