A few weeks ago there was a thread that was really funny. I literally couldn't move for laughing at one of the comments. Think it was something like "did you smash your tits on the keyboard and press send" most days since, this comment has popped into my mind and made me laugh so much.

So who ever posted that comment thanks so much 💐

That single parents should live in a shared house with their DC

AngryBirdsNoMore · 12/04/2023 00:28

The one that me and DH still quote to each other to make each other laugh was from a thread on weirdest things you’d said to your child.

“Stop licking the cat” was the best. It just paints such an amazing image.

also, my toddler now does lick our cat…

elm26 · 12/04/2023 00:40

I'm 33 weeks pregnant and just wet myself a little bit at the screaming in the Sistine Chapel 🤣 I've also woke my DH up.

mathanxiety · 12/04/2023 00:54

A thread in Classics on home decor called Twigs and Pebbley Shit or something like that

mathanxiety · 12/04/2023 00:56

Classics is one of the topics in Mumsnet Stuff.

BreadInCaptivity · 12/04/2023 01:15

I remember 😂 at the "I just twatted a spider" thread (OP had found a dead spider in her gusset).

CallieQ · 12/04/2023 01:21

The Ohmygod thread in classics... been crying with laughter reading it

mackthepony · 12/04/2023 01:32

There was a thread on here quite a while back about a woman who was going on a work outing, but she mistakenly got in the wrong bus. She was dressed up in a Halloween costume or something but got the bus going to a funeral instead.

Sounds macabre but God it was so well written and so funny

mackthepony · 12/04/2023 01:33

I remember the badger thread, very funny

mackthepony · 12/04/2023 01:35

There was a great Hugo thread too, how to make Hugo into a longer name

Loads of quips, Hugos there, etc

StrawHatOnTheParcelShelf · 12/04/2023 01:45

I can't say it was the funniest EVER, but this morning as I got dressed for a flight I had a chuckle at the poster who recommended wearing a 'crisp white shirt' for long haul travel.

Throwncrumbs · 12/04/2023 01:56

A thread about how people see themselves when they look in the mirror, a poster said she bought a leather jacket but when she put it on and looked at herself she looked like ‘Suzi Quattros fat man’, still makes me giggle

The whiny tinker (tiny wanker) post about a poster’s toddler, that tickles me every time I think of it. That and the ‘I pooed on my skirt’, I think it was, thread. Hours and hours of laughs.

pompomdaisy · 12/04/2023 02:12

Ha ha screaming at the MA- best advice go to a mosh pit 🤣🤣

Sweetpea1532 · 12/04/2023 03:13

@mackthepony 'Hugo' goes there thread was mumsnet at it quippy finest 😂

ReginaPhalangee · 12/04/2023 07:28

Christmas is just around the corner'

Still makes me laugh out loud. Was on one of the ick threads. Said to the poster by her date.

OMG, it is everything I imagined it to be!

Stendhal Syndrome!
Described hilariously by Alexandra McCall Smith

Another woman got a short cut with bright red colour and said she looked like a fat match.

The fox finger up the bum one as pp said.

There was one where a dad was feeding his kids badger meat or something? Does anyone remember?

Yes response that was ‘is that the Sett menu’ had me howling 😂

ClarissaExplainsSome · 12/04/2023 16:55

There was one where a poster replied to herself years later to recommend a pushchair, really made me giggle

ALongHardWinter · 12/04/2023 17:34

I think 'snapped and farted' was one of the funniest things I read on Mumsnet. Also, the typo 'boil in the vag' (boil in the bag).

AllIeveknewonlyou · 12/04/2023 20:49

I think it was when a poster was pretending to be a perv and someone said something along the lines of: hang on, it's a bit too early in the morning for a dick pic. Let me find my spectacles.

thefamilyupstairs · 13/04/2023 18:02

Don't know if it's been mentioned but there was a brilliantly written post by a woman who was trying to change her mooncup in a plane toilet.
