Mine is coming down for a cuddle with my mum (not a regular occurrence) and Emmerdale being on. Derek Pollard was in some kind of restaurant or bistro arguing with a brunette lady. Emmerdale is on quite early so I'm guessing I must have been 3ish as I went to bed and got back up again.

A religious man making people lie down in water and screaming prayers at them. It was on all the time. No idea what it was but it would have been around 1990.

Crossroads Motel- there used to be a final scene right after the end credits, I was allowed to wait for that, but then had to go to bed. Not that I was watching the show, it was just a timing thing.

You must be my generation! Also loved Andy Pandy and Finger Bob's.
In the world of soaps I actually remember when Deirdre Barlow went into hospital to have Tracy! I remember her saying "it might even be twins" so this was even before scans were invented lol Grin

Playdays - I remember being upset that it was the Why Bird stop because it was my least favourite. The tent stop was, in my expert 3 year old (ish) opinion, the best stop.

DecimatedDreams · 20/06/2022 20:34

My TV memories are in chunks of time I think. I have a Playschool/Bagpuss type time which preceded the Mr Ben/Bod days.
