There's a YouTube channel called the Behavior Panel. They're 4 men who train the fbi, armed forces, police, etc in interview techniques and signs of deception. They've analysed both Depp and Heard and it's interesting. They've identified lots of deception in Heards testimony, although they constantly state that that doesn't mean she wasn't abused, just things that she says and does indicate some sort of deception.
They do analysis of all sorts of different people. They even did Boris Johnson and the McCanns.

I've recommended the Behaviour Panel a couple of times on threads about this case. I've only watched most of the first video so far, but I've watched lots of their other analysis of various people and it seems compelling to me.

Someone mentioned - I don't know if it's true - that JD handed over all his text etc messages as requested (and we can see how unflattering some are), but AH refused to do so.

I don’t know anything about whether AH has refused to hand over her text messages, but I see in Feb, 2020 newspapers were reporting JD’s lawyers accidentally handed over 70,000 of JD’s texts to the U.K. lawyers. This included the texts between him and his friend the actor Paul Bettany.

She has definitely calmed Down, but blatantly been caught telling lies .

so where do you separate the lies from the truth .

AdriftAbroad1 · 16/05/2022 22:28

She has done women a complete diservice.

I have no feelings about JD either way.

She is a liar.

AdriftAbroad1 · 16/05/2022 22:44

The young, female lawyer is amazing.

The young, female lawyer is amazing.

I thought she was rude and aggressive.

QuotetheLaw · 16/05/2022 22:46

@moomims She has to be assertive if the witness is not answering the question and trying to skirt around the answer.

Unsure33 · 16/05/2022 22:51

I don’t think I have EVER heard a witness blame their lawyer for not producing evidence that has been submitted. How humiliated they must feel .

she does not even blink when being caught out telling lies.

unbelievable .

AdriftAbroad1 · 16/05/2022 22:52

Ambers lawyer is a joke. The judge was getting irritated that she couldnt switch her microphone on (and was clearly trying to waste time)

moomims · 16/05/2022 22:54

Quote, She didn't have to be rude , she didn't give her a chance to skirt around she was straight in with aggression.

I thought she was rude and aggressive.

I don’t think she gave heard a hard enough time !

she is telling proven lies . She is an intelligent young lady and obviously knows the difference between donated and pledged.

And she 100% said JD broke her nose . Not thought he did , it was a statement of fact . But those photos show not an inkling of any injury at all .

I damaged my nose , not even broke it, but no amount of make up would have covered up the damage or the black eyes.

Yes I can't believe how bad they are, and the judge seems to be different in her interactions with both sides.

AdriftAbroad1 · 16/05/2022 22:57

Yep, I could barely see out of my eyes for at least a week when mine was broken.

Yes on two occasions as well . One a very important photo which would prove her allegation and secondly a medical report , after the divorce that would allegedly show she had broken her nose at some time in her life . There is NO way a lawyer would have omitted that evidence . No way.

moomims · 16/05/2022 22:59

Unsure, it doesn't matter what she thinks of Amber, it's not her place to be rude and aggressive. There are other ways if doing it.

I so agree . To the extent that genuine DV victims are being insulted.

I do believe they rowed . And he has admitted being drunk I just think it’s true up to the point of violence from him. She has said he would nearly kill her beat her around the face and head cut her and rape her and she would just go to bed and miraculously wake up with no injuries that needed medical attention . Even though she had private medical staff available to her .

it actually is making me feel that a lot of women must be feeling quite sick watching this.

Sorry I don’t think she was being rude or aggressive . At all . She was just trying to get a straight answer out of an evasive witness.

AdriftAbroad1 · 16/05/2022 23:11

Absolutely. 100% @Unsure33

Shame I chose this moment to divorce my abusive husband. I do feel very angry.
I recognise her behaviour so much.

I didnt think JD had a hope of winning. (Apart from public vote) I actually do now.

Aaron69 · 16/05/2022 23:19

The point they said there was CCTV footage of Amber getting her sister to punch her in the face was the smoking gun for me. If it wasn't true the defence lawyer would have objected, but they didn't. Imagine practicing wounding your face so you can press false charges. Amber and her sister will be lucky they don't face criminal charges after this, but I think because they're rich they won't face the law in the same way other people would.

I am sorry you have been through abuse and are having to watch this .

i don’t think it’s all lies but the serious accusations do seem to be . But she is one cool cucumber in brazening it out .

thats the thing with a civil case the burden of proof is less and she knows that . And I agree I think she does not believe there will be any consequences for telling lies under oath as she has done it before .
