A horse, an actual horse, complete with carriage outside my house and secured it to my drainpipe!

It’s a nice looking horse. Well, it’s quite small so maybe it’s not a horse maybe it’s a pony (I don’t actually know the difference). I don’t think I get to keep it sadly - although it is on my land

Under 14.2 hands and it’s a pony Go out and check and report back

It's really difficult to clamp a horse.
Can you hold it to ransom.... Someone will have to pony up for its release
