I know this has been done before, but let's have a nice cheerful thread about the little purchase that thinks it's a giant. I have just bought a really cute hob kettle that makes me happy when it whistles . I swear the tea tastes nicer too.

My egg boiling doohickey that changes colour so you can cook the perfect boiled egg every time. Even for my fussy DH!

My miniature drunken gnomes around a camp fire. Make me smile every time I dust.

My salt rock lamp. I love that warm cosy glow

My pie dish complete with little cockeral!!
Makes me happy to make my own pastry and present a homemade pie!!

Utterly ridiculous thing to own as an adult but I love it.

I have a travel pillow, originally bought fror camping... its a permanent fixture on my sofa. It's lovely and soft and squishy but quite firm and best of all it washes well! Had it for 5 years now and still almost like new!

We all need the little purchases that make us smile.

A super duper natural brush back scratcher. Had an incredibly satisfying scrubby bath today having just received a new one today.

My son bought me a hippo that has its mouth open-and the bottom part of the jaw is a bowl to keep things like my keys and rings
He’s sitting on my front window sill and watches the world go by

2 pots of tête-à-tête daffs from the Co op. A few weeks of seeing them grow and bloom then I plant in the garden ready to flower again next spring.

I need those too. My pegs are getting looser and I’m forever picking up flapping sheets.

I have just bought (off eBay) a dinosaur print, corduroy pinafore type dress. I absolutely love it! At 42 I might be too old for dinosaur fabric but I don’t care!

I bought a heated bag sealer this week and have spent a large part of the day sealing bags of stuff in my freezer. It made me really happy 😂

It sounds odd but I love the clicker I bought to train the puppy. Was struggling before but have had great success with the clicker. I find it very comforting!

Not bought anything but just discovered my car, which ive had for 3 years, has got heated wing mirrors. Im so impressed im just telling everyone.

A king size duvet for £15 for our double bed. Much better sleep and looks nicer too.

Last year Asda were selling drinking glasses with little koalas on them. I bought three and the same day DP accidentally broke one. Drinks taste so much better out of a koala glass and I guard the remaining two! Can't buy them any more

I used to have nice eyebrows that never needed anything beyond a bit of plucking, but they greyed and thinned. What feels like 2942785 million high end products and treatments later, I found this. Subtle but it works brilliantly (and is so cheap)
